We were deceived by a promise of a free phone, with only the sales tax to be paid. However, we were later charged for the phone as part of a two-year contract. Upon contacting customer service, we were informed that they were unable to assist us in any way. I am very disappointed. Please be vigilant as they are untrustworthy.

Not happy at all with the customer service. Walked in today to try and see if switching my phone service to Att would work best but never got helped. Didn't even get greeted when I walked in. Looked around for a good 15 mins and not a single employee acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help. Why would I want to switch my service then if I can't even be helped.

Service was quick got 2 phones upgraded to thebUltra S23, and all info transferred to both. All the staff were pleasant and courteous.Highly recommend!

THE SALE WAS GOING WELL TILL I STARTED ASKING ABOUT THE TAXES AND OTHER FEES AND HE STARTED GETTING BENT OUT OF SHAPE SAYING HE DONT KNOW THATS NOT HIS DEPARTMENT SAYING IT WITH ATTITUDE

They came two days ago and didn’t install nothing because they need to get in other people house’s??? now they supposed to come yesterday and didn’t show up, now they are going to come until Tuesday; Today is FRIDAY? wth???

Went to speak to an associate to help me transfer my wifi from my old home to the new one. The associate couldn't help me with that at all apparently. Then I asked him about my service plan and why I am experiencing slow speeds with my new Pixel 7 Pro, I was told it was too late to return it and he didn't even look into my account at all, only said that me paying 115$ (with a new increase of 14$) is apparently the basic speeds which is unusuable anywhere(even inside the at&t store). Associate rushed us out without helping or giving any tips, might have to switch to something cheaper like Cricket because my gf has no issues with her connection. What am I even paying for if the phone won't function anywhere.

Worst costumer service ever! They didn't let us cancel the service through phone, nor in person. Also, they wouldn't help us with our internet service problem.

The staffs are very helpful and patient to me when i have a lot of questions with my New Phone
