“Bianca was nothing but amazing and knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to problems with OTHER offices, agents and the call center for Allstate I had such a hard time getting help and seeing options we decided to cancel our policy no one was helpful and kept redirecting us. We still have renters but Bianca was so helpful gave us option and more knowledge about our policies and helped make the process smoother. She answered all of our questions and was very informative.
