It's the DMV. Expect wait times and paperwork. Place isn't so bad but just be aware you will be directed to use the kiosk for most things. Sometimes the card machine on it doesn't work and sometimes the cash function doesn't work. Overall it's okay.

This place is are theifs.. they wouldnt give me a number to pay my tags beaucse they wanted me to use their mchine that was not able to take cash and pay almoat 10$ extra on top of the 456 im already paying my tags. They are scams forcing us to pay more money instead of letting us get a nunber to pay our tags im not the only one that walked out after this scam other people said im not paying any extra. The lady at the desk was no help!
When i did go back to pay then the card reader wouldnt work on tap or slide and it was frusterating trying to pay. Theybsay they use a third party yet shows on my bank statement other wise.. its a charge from the DMV fee for using card.

The lady they have at the front door is not nice and friendly at all. Should have gone to Tulare their staff is always friendly . Sorry but this place needs a friendly person helping out people. Second Lady was rushing everybody and rude !

Staffing really rude needs proper training to be able to talk to people there's always one lady is always on the front door has a rude attitude because she's in the front door sitting down and taking her time if you're going to attend the people like other Associates in the DMV she need to stand up and processing people the fastest possible like other associates process the people coming in smoothly there's always this lady take some time and really rude

Worst DMV. Stay away from this place. All the workers are so grouchy. Can’t ask a question because it bothers them. These people act like their poop don’t stink.

Things have definitely sped up here the past few years I've been coming here. Passed my driver's test here. 98% because I got doc'd for slow acceleration & slow turning ?

My dad that is 74 years old tried to pay his tags with cash 2 days in a row and was denied. 1st day they said no cash only card. Or return next day. 2nd day returns again with cash and again said no cash only card. Then they told him he could go put his money back in the bank and return to pay with bank card. And he still has plenty of time before they expire. Since when do they deny cash?? And 2 days in a row? So I happen to be in Delano and picked up his money and reg paper and I was able to pay for his tags at the Tulare DMV.
