“Autumn at the Delano post office was SO incredibly helpful to me on the phone trying to locate a missing package. I exhausted all my efforts online to no avail (I tried for days !!!) I ended up calling by phone (which I try to avoid as it rarely helps either) assuming I wouldn’t have any luck.. but I was greeted kindly and with patience by Autumn, she listened to my concerns and had her drivers on the search for my package immediately. within 30 minutes they FOUND IT !! Just days before Christmas left. Thank you again, I can’t express enough how much kind & genuine customer service means to me.. it feels so rare these days, yet it makes the world of difference. Now I can go into my busy holiday weekend with that much less stress.”

I was pleasantly surprised when the owners daughter called me just ten minutes later and said they were done. The cost was really inexpensive as well. Great service and great business!!!!”
