Elizabeth & Katie are the Best, So nice & Eagar to help. I live in Bakersfield & the Bakersfield location is always packed & the employees are like robots no help at all.. I walked in the delano location to return equipment & these two Ladies were so helpful & had such Nice personalities!!! Thanks again Ladies we need more Lovely people like you!!!!

If I could give a worse rating I would. This sorry internet connection is ridiculous. Were getting robbed by spectrum. Lost internet connection, constant buffering, modem glowing red. If you have ANY other internet provider available in your area, go with them. Stay away from this company, it absolutely sucks in every way possible.

Another outage, third one this month! To pay over $100 per month just for the internet and then have outages at least twice a month is ab absurd! Do better spectrum!

Worst costumer service we went in today to make some changes on our service and the “gentleman” who helped us was rude . He even threw our bill back when handing us back our papers like why choose a job where you have to talk to people if you hate it so much Retail store in Delano Ca if that helps

⚠️trash services,‼️ i canceled my account due to outage multiple times on different days. Returned all the equipment dec,23, 2024 still got charged twice for $ 73.24 dec and january! Their Spectrum service sucks!
i got a letter from spectrum that i still havent return the equipment and they will charge me $59 something for a trashy modem/router that was already returned to the customer service guy! dont get no service from them. ‼️

Very bad for some of the people who work there today I accompanied a friend and the truth is that they treated her very badly and even more so a short girl whose name I even forgot and another colleague of hers who I looked at was talking loudly to my friend and didn't say anything What a shame for them they should hire capable people who treat customers well.

They don't know how to take care of people, it seems like everyone is angry, no one is saved.They have bad customer service, in the end we are the ones who pay, the woman who works there is terrible

I was just paying a bill nothing else they ask for ID .i don't like giving ID because they they don't need it i ask for the policy or memo about it they dont have it .every company has a memo about something not hard to give the information i the customer need .
