“I went in to get some boots I saw online and Clarissa immediately came to greet and help me with a smile. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about the boots I wanted. Clarissa ended up finding my boots at another location and got them to hold them for me . I just want to thank Clarissa for her help she was great.”
“Most employees are the most unpleasant. If you talk to them, they'll answer but the find time to talk amongst themselves. Especially at the checkout. Long lines there, customers waiting. Then one checker will just up and leave. No note, just close. Then al of us in line had to wait while all three people are behind the enclosed yappy and laughing. Please train them to be more customers friendly. Even the ones in the aisles won't ask if you need help.”
