“It was my first ever visit to this store and I like it. Store was clean and well organized. There was tremendous selection for infants clothing and prices very very reasonable. Ladies and men’s clothing prices were reasonable.
Good selection of Toys and kids stuff was there. Prices of few toys seem not attractive and I kept them back.
Some selection for kitchen and household items were there but selection was limited. I never saw this store in WNY or eastern part of country but saw similar kind of store called as Ross. Before leaving CA if I get time I will stop by again to this store.”
“I went in to get some boots I saw online and Clarissa immediately came to greet and help me with a smile. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about the boots I wanted. Clarissa ended up finding my boots at another location and got them to hold them for me . I just want to thank Clarissa for her help she was great.”
“Most employees are the most unpleasant. If you talk to them, they'll answer but the find time to talk amongst themselves. Especially at the checkout. Long lines there, customers waiting. Then one checker will just up and leave. No note, just close. Then al of us in line had to wait while all three people are behind the enclosed yappy and laughing. Please train them to be more customers friendly. Even the ones in the aisles won't ask if you need help.”

“We were just going down Main st looking for a 1st communion dress for my daughter. This was the third store we visited. We were immediately welcomed, asked what we were looking for, and shown what they had available in my daughter size. My daughter found a dress she loved. Our experience was awesome. Great communication and customer service. Price was competitive with the other stores down Main st as well. I was surprised to see the rating so low afterward looking up the place. I could assure things have changed because we were well taken care of. Thank you!”
