I had such a terrible experience with the quality of the products they sell there over the years it’s been seriously declining. I have in more than one instance felt as if they are scamming people for example they know wen they need to be throwing out food yet on multiple occasions the food is as hard as a rock or rancid like literally can’t bite threw or it stinks I could probably use it as a weapon and wen you go in to complain some times the employees have said what do want me to do about it? And be careful about their supposedly “deals” one day is buy one get one free of the chips but you can’t mix match and people don’t know that because it’s not specified so check your receipts because if you mix matched chips they will charge you for both. And pray that you don’t get food poisoning from the refrigerated section because I have got cake slices that were very rancid the 3 leches kind.

Don’t ever order them on uber or doordash they advertise all these things they don’t even have. And then when they cancel half your order you can’t cancel it or you get full charged. Why are you advertising things you don’t even have in your store? If I could give 0 stars I would never ordering from or giving this place any money ever again.

We went in to my local Delhi 711 for the free slurpee today and lo and behold the machine is out of order, mind you the machine showed all flavors were “ready” except for one. A customer asked worker about it, and worker goes on to say that even though it shows ready and the mix was “slurpified” it was probably still not ready and he couldn’t sell it like that! How convenient on free slurpee day!! What is the most infuriating is when the machine is actually not working properly they still sell you watery slurpees. Where is the out of order sign there, protecting customers from liquid slurpees? I saw many parents take their kids in for a small free slurpee only to be disappointed.

Cool workers fast paced store They have it all as food, munchies drinks, energy drinks, and there was a cashier there and it was Hella cool and then was Alma. She was a very good cashier.

Phone number listed does not work and it’s very annoying to have to drive all the way there from Livingston just to see if they have what I need in stock. All because they don’t have a working phone number. Unprofessional. When I worked at a gas station we had a working phone and we ALWAYS answered. Especially because the owner would test us and call from random numbers to make sure we always answered we were always on top of answering phones. You don’t do anything but stock shelf’s, refrigerator’s, and press buttons on a register and sweep and mop. You can answer phones too.
