Just got to give a shout out to Javier at J+J Pool Service. I couldn't condition my pool anymore so Javier came over and advised I should drained it and do a Chlorine Wash. He didn't advise a Acid Wash since I had pebble tech on my unground pool. The water had been in the pool for 6 years so I thought that maybe the case and Javier advised me of how to complete this. Javier showed up ALWAYS the time he told me he would be at my house. He has great communication skills when it comes to customer service. He completed the Chlorine wash in the early morning and afterwards started the filling process. He returned the next day at the time we set and adjusted the chemicals to get me started. He stayed in touch afterwards to make sure I was on track with my chemical testing. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE!!! If you need someone responsible and reliable I highly recommended J + J Pool Service. I will be a repeat customer!!!! Give Javier a call.

Found Javier and his team when my pool turned green for the fourth time in a three-month period. What I realized in that moment was that I in fact hated maintaining the pool and clearly, wasn't that good at it. I reached out to Javier and that was the end of my pool troubles - now it's just clean and beautiful all the time! Javier has also helped with some simple equipment replacement (pool sweep) at a fair price with quick response.Very professional communication via text with updates on service time variations when needed due to storms and so forth. I can't say enough good things about J&J - great customer service and awesome performance in keeping our pool beautiful! Highly recommend!

I reached out to J&J after my pool warranty company’s contractor was unresponsive for nearly a full month after my pump motor went out. Javier was extremely responsive, professional, and resourceful to make sure our pool was operational before my daughters’ birthday party. He assessed the equipment the next day, and installed the pump within a week. He even made another trip out on a Sunday to explain how to operate and program the new pump, and offered to come out again with his commercial vacuum to help clear up the water before the birthday party (for free). This company reflects what customer service used to be like 20 years ago. Hard to find great contractors like this.Services: Water treatment

Needed help getting my pool in order although I live a lil to far for javier to service the pool he did ask for some pictures and test levels of the pool and filtration system. He was very responsive and knowledgeable with great recommendations for keeping my pool clean and chlorine and ph levels at an optimal level. He told me to feel free to reach out to him anytime if I had any other questions or concerns. I wish I lived closer to his area but feel confident I can keep my pool looking great with his recommendations. I would highly recommend his company for any pool and filtration services needed.

The gentleman who owns the business referenced above is very knowledgeable about the inner workings of the maintenance of pools!! If something is not working and another company is dumbfounded about the problem, he has the experience to fix it ,wherein others will say it's not in their realm of expertise!! If the owner can't get out to your place due to location , etc., he will recommend someone else who meets his quality of service that he would expect. I highly recommend the above-referenced service or someone he recommends before you seek another company!! Sincerely save yourself the headaches of an inferior pool service provider,. HE OR HIS SUBSTITUTE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR SERVICE NEEDS WITHOUT DRAMA AND JUST GET THE JOB DONE WITH NO STRESS ON YOURSELF AND KEEP YOUR POOL LOOKING GREAT!!! HE IS THE BEST!!! I contacted J&J Pool Service one year ago. We had a pool company servicing our pool at the time but our water was murky. Javier answered on the first call and agreed to come take a look at our pool that exact same day. He was at our home less than 5 minutes and said I can take care of this for you. Within minutes our green water turned blue. He informed me that it would only get clearer and he was right. We hired him on the spot amazed at his knowledge and work. Now over a year later we can't live without his service. Our pool is always sparkling and clean. He noticed the pool sweep was going out before it even did he said due to the way it was starting to move. Believe it or not it did stop working the very next week. He changed the part out immediately and had our pool up and running within the hour. He has also fixed our light in our pool which makes our evenings even more enjoyable as we gaze out at our beautiful crystal blue water. And now the kids don't think sharks live in our pool at night..... lol. His knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment is unmatched. He is kind courteous reliable honest and prompt. It would be fair to say Javier is like a Good Doctor once you find one you never leave it!!! Javier us our pool doctor. All of our friends use him now and love him just as much as we do. We highly recommend Javier!!! Don't waste your time going anywhere else he's worth every penny!!!!
