Today, while I was thrifting for clothes, I go about my business as usual. Find stuff and pay for my stuff and leave with my dad. While I got home, a couple of hours passed and I realized I needed a quarter for something, and that’s when I lost my wallet. So me and my dad have an argument about it and a couple of hours pass by, I don’t find it. And by then I decided that I was gonna let it go and accept defeat and renew all of my important stuff. That’s when just not even 15 minutes ago, a security guard from that Angelview drives by my house and gives me my wallet back. Stating that she’d found my wallet in her cart and knew that something was up once she found money and my ID and debit card in there. So I literally thank her so much as this as I relieve the biggest sigh of my life, thinking that somebody is gonna take all of my money or SOMETHING. I couldn’t be so thankful for this woman till right now ??? thank you so much you’re such a sweetheart

Do you like to hunt for treasure? Find items that you didn't even know you wanted or needed until you saw them ? Then this is your kind of place ! I've found so many quality items for dirt cheap. Suede Tony Lahma boots. A snowboard, leather Harley Davidson pack pack, beautiful comforters, brand new horse gear, quality stainless steel pots and pans , collectable books. And last week ... Oh my goodness.. A 20 ft high inflatable dragon decked out in Christmas garb !!! And I paid less than 100 for everything I just mentioned plus a full shopping cart of clothes and jackets.I am HOOKED on this place !!

Used to love this place. Items were decent price, find some promising products. But things not only got expensive, their products became real low quality.I could forgive all that, but today they have requested for all carts not to be in the aisle. My almost two year old son was sitting in the cart. I wouldn't leave him at the end of the aisle and trying to shop with him out of the cart is near impossible. Unfortunately will not be coming back, it's a shame though, the place used to be a good spot to explore.

This used to be a nice place to shop until resellers started coming, they are rude and pick before they say open. Not to mention the employees pick expensive items for themselves such us designer bags and expensive items in general. Also the employees miss match the shoes pairs so they come back and buy them themselves. Another thing I saw is that the employees pick the good items for the resellers that come from the south of the border and give it to them in their hands such as bikes and TV's so we never get a chance of this items because of this resellers and employees handing out things

It’s certainly not a retail shop, it’s like a junkyard for clothing, housewares, media, appliances, and so much more. From shopping at this clearance center I have found so much clothing I love to wear, and so many movies and music CDs, for dirt cheap! In the past, I have found an unused camera, a portable stereo, a tower fan, and more. You never know what you will find, but you always know that you will find something.Bring gloves and be prepared to get your hands dirty. There are clean bathrooms so you can wash your hands after digging. It’s also a goldmine for resellers. Just be aware that you have competition, and sometimes the other searchers are not very friendly!

This is not a retail shop. This is a dumpster dive. Bring your rubber gloves and expect to sweat in that giant hot warehouse.Giving this a 3 stars because some people love this place. Others do not.

It's unfortunate that they will not hire you if you don't speak English, the jobs is about moving merchandise and putting it in blue bins. You have to separate clothes from other items. Anyone can do that with their eyes closed and without being able to say a word plus almost all the employees speak Spanish except for a few and of course the manage he's a tall heavy set light skinned guy with fem features.

I have been away from the desert for quite a number of years.ANGEL VIEW use to be my favorite place to shop. But no longer.a place I will ever enter or recommend.RUDE STAFF~ IF YOU AREN'T A FRIEND OF FAMILY OF A STAFF MEMBER EXPECT TO BE IGNORED! The same guidelines don't apply to you as they do to them. A CART WAS TAKEN FROM ME & GIVEN TO ONE OF THEM. As well as merchandise you may have in your shopping box.Wear a mask & gloves and expect to dig through garbage. I don't think the bins are ever cleaned. There is NO organization this shopping expierence for me and my adult grandson was a total disapointment and disaster. I would be embarrased to tell anyone if I was associated with this place.

This discount store is like nothing you have ever seen in your life! Proceeds from this store and Angelveiw thrift shops in the area go towards programs, housing and jobs programs for people with cognitive disabilities in the Cochilla Valley area. This store sells items by the pound (yep. By the pound!) There are large 10'x5' tables filling the floor of this massive store. Tables contain piles of clothing or a mish mash "hard items" (books, shoes, sporting equipment, lamps, figurines... you name it! ). Your job, you heartened shopper you, is to paw through the contents of the tables and find those treasures you cannot live without. I know teachers who come here to find schools supplies. I know people who buy whatever interesting clothing they can find to repurpose into materials for quilts. I think many shoppers come here to stock up on items for the flea markets to sell. Once you have your items the tellers weigh them and you pay. The bottom line costs are very low. $10 would equal probably more than you can carry. They also have misc items that are priced such as large art pieces, some furniture and today a motorcycle! One last thing... you want to witness the moment they bring out freshly restocked tables. Immediately there is a feeding frenzy of shoppers picking at the new items. It. Is. AMAZING to watch!

First let me tell you that this location (desert hot springs) isn’t a retail shop with racks etc. This is a large open building with giant blue bins loaded with the junk that doesn’t get pulled out to go to the retail shops. So if you go with the mindset that you will be digging through bins of broken junk and clothes you’ll avoid shock and disappointment. If you enjoy a dumpster dive or junk archeology you will like this place. Be warned that the bins near the far back corner are where they load new stuff coming in. It is like sharks to blood in the water over there. Not for the feint of heart. That being said, I found two very nice tennis rackets and a fantastic cook book which after they weighed it cost me 1.02I call that a win. Others in my party did not like the place. Like I said, not for everyone. I enjoy the hunt. Use the free hand sanitizer on the way out.

Bad news. Online says ALL stores take donations. Drive all the way out here, thru road work delays, only to find out, all except here. Gotta go all the way into palm springs to donate. Why bother....

Good place to shop but I noticed some female cashiers are rude especially a approximately 40 year old woman she is thin light skin light brown hair is always screaming across the place she forgets she is working and some times makes disrespectful comments to customers. They feel entitled.
