“I came to this location to change out some lightbulbs. I was helped by Trini, the store manager. Trini was very helpful, polite, and professional. It speaks to the value of Trini as both an employee and supervisor to see her working the counter and interacting with customers in such a polite and professional way. Trini is most assuredly an asset to this location and company and is an example to other employees. I hope corporate management will recognize Trini for her value and outstanding work ethic.”
