8 people in line.ONLY 3 tellers open.1 of 3 tellers up and leaves.Another steps away for 5 minutes.None are moving quickly.They know their busy times.They need to plan better.This is one of only a few major banks in DHS.

Good bank I love their credit cards specially the bonus they give you . I like that it has a drive through that way you don't have to get out of the car park and withstand the heat or cold in the winter.

I went in to cash my check and said they couldn't do it because I don't have an account with them, so I told them I wanted to open an account and they said no because they have no bankers. Smfh

April provided the WORST customer service. Not sure if she is new but was unable to answer questions or assist me. I explained to her the current situation with my maiden and married last name & refused to print checks for me. She said “recent changes didn’t allow me to print checks for you”. Sent me off with a banker made me wait 15 minutes until another teller pulled me to the side and was able to assist me.Zoila was super sweet & helpful. She was able to update my cards & print the checks I needed. Thank you Zoila!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Took a family member to open a bank account. She was told there was no one available to assist. There were two tellers visible and no other clients in the bank. One teller said you can make an appointment, but we don't have any appointments for the upcoming week She couldn't say when there would be someone available. She couldnt provide any further information.

The manager kept telling Zolia to “handle it” to do what she can at the end the representative Zolia E. lost her cool and decided to snap at me for standing my ground insisting I get help. She was upset she “wasted” 1 hour on me. I spent 14 hours total in 3 days dealing with Chase bank Zolia sorry you’re taking it too personal. The Manager Kathy was kind despite the already tense environment caused by Zolia on a mini rampage. Hope she has a better afternoon. As for Chase we are done with Chase and their fraudulent practices.
