The rooms could use an update but we go for the 8 different mineral pools that are open 24 hours a day! The bar/restaurant on site has great tasting reasonably priced food too!

Jonah and Tracy tag teamed me with their passion for excellent customer service!! BOTH went above and beyond to make sure I was good.
As far as the room goes…the shower went from cold to scalding and back again with each minor movement of temp control. Spent more time adjusting water temps than actually showering. The room was quite clean and the linens are nice. Towels feel Lux even

E.COIL OUTBREAK HERE. DONT RECOMMEND! This place use to be amazing and my whole family grew up coming here 20plus years and it has declined badly since Covid. The last few times I have came my whole family got sick
My recent stay my baby and over 10 people that booked a room ended up in the er and Some admitted into the hospital with bacteria and blood and E. coli. Keep trying to get ahold of owner or Supervisor and never get a call back. Long story short they need a serious health inspection and close down until they can clean everything!

The room was horrible, it had a horrible odor, tried three spas and all was very nasty. The first one had bugs, the second one the water was cold and the last one filters had all kinds of alga covering them like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The carpet was nasty, I didn’t smell any chlorine in none of the spas at all. The curtains looked horrible. The room attendant tried to walk in my room without knocking it I had the lock on the door so she wasn’t able. I’m just really amazed at the poor up keep of the resort. It was just terrible. The food was good but as I look at the wall next to were o was sitting it was nasty with food aligning the was. The food attendant was super nice and very accommodating, but that was the best part out of everything I will never come her again. Morel 6 is cleaner.

At the very first glance after getting out of the car it was OK, but the picture changed very quickly after entering the hotel. The first reception at reception was very rude. We knew it was too early for check-in, but politeness is certainly expected even then. We were basically sent away again and we drove to Palm Springs to pass the time.
When we checked in at the right time, we had another employee, and he was very polite, nice and accommodating (which saves the 2nd star in the rating...).
The rest is a real horror! As we were walking with our suitcases to the room, we found a lot of discarded pizza leftovers in the hallways, and the public places were generally very dirty. The elevator probably dates back to the 50s and smelled strongly of old socks. The carpets in the hallways to the rooms are dirty, stained and worn.
When we entered the room the same picture: everything worn, stained and dirty. We almost didn't dare to use the bed, but surprisingly it was clean and even comfortable. The air conditioning is VERY loud and it hums constantly even when you turn it off. There was still a used filter bag in the coffee machine from a guest in front of us.
We didn't visit the restaurant, just walked through it briefly. The dirt there too stopped us.
The 8 pools are the only positive thing about the whole thing, but these could also do with an overhaul. The fact that people eat and drink directly in the pools is a matter of taste... Maybe that's also a reason why the water was rather cloudy?
Conclusion: Never again! We certainly don't expect 5 star accommodation, but that's not possible. Nothing has been renovated since it opened in the 1950s. And that is urgently needed here! I wouldn't set foot in this hotel before.
I'll save photos at this point - the ones in the other reviews reflect what I've seen myself.
P.S: What amazes me is that certain nine reviews say that the restaurant and bar will not reopen until October 1st; Both locations were available during our visit...

One of the reasons we stay here is because of the restaurant and when I booked my room.We were never told the restaurant was closed... Very disappointing and the gentleman at the front desk was very Condescending in sarcastic... So disappointed , we've come here several times and just Upset that we were never even told.The restaurant was closed.We would have booked a later date

The front desk associate (Arin) was amazing. My brother and I went in after 1am to extend our stay he made us laugh the whole time. You can tell he’s an amazing guy and loves being there to help when he’s needed. We really appreciated him.

It has lots of bedbugs, and they don’t return your deposit, the only thing I liked was the pool other then that it’s super dirty. Not coming back.and if you call for your deposit they put you on hold and then they hang up. And so they won’t give you your money back they come up with worst excuses. But it’s nasty dirty and worst place to go. They didn’t give me back my deposit ?im posting a picture of the bed bugs but it it’s only dark spots cause I didn’t take a picture when they where recently there it’s just the spots it’s been more then a week

This place is super cool. Per the reviews they don’t lie! But about the loud music it does not come into your room and security is really great about keeping everyone mellow and in good vibes. Staff is super awesome and the pools make up for any flaws this place might have!! I plan to return again and again it’s just so amazing! The restaurant has some really great food as well! So if your looking to relax with others this is the spot!
Food and drinks: The food is super delicious the carrot cake and the chicken tenders super yummy!! Everything we tried was very fresh and tasty!
Noteworthy details: The pools are so relaxing and healing words can’t give these pools the credit they deserve you definitely need to take a soak!!
