I'm submitting this review only as a non-resident guest who has visited in both daytime and evenings. The community grounds are always very tidy and well kept. I've never interacted with the other residents except my friends who own there which indicates the majority of residents while having a watchful eye of who comes and goes; they apparently keep mostly to themselves. At night, the streets are very well lit.
