Trisle Helped me today cash a check. And she was extremely professional so very helpful and full of knowledge that I know that every single time I need to cash any type of check. This is where I'm gonna go I would suggest you do the same thing for hassle-free check cashing with excellent customer service. You can't beat that in desert, Hot Springs or anywhere else. I was impressed with the service I received. It had been quite a while since I had used a check cashing place and I was pleasantly surprised with the difference in my experience (for the better) from the last time. I recommend Ace in Desert Hot Springs. I was tempted to give 4 stars because of the seemingly high percentage charged but it's an industry standard of sorts and the level of attention they gave me I couldn't deduct the star.

I went to Ace Cash Express to get my checks cash and there were very nice and respectable workers in their facility. They took their time with me because I have multiple checks and I just wanted to say that they are a good company to deal with. Thank you

Been going there for a while. Phone was turned off and was getting a loan while the lady was absolutely rude about me not having my phone on. They’ve approved me for multiple loans and have all my bank info on file and do automatic payments for a long time. Yet was denied. Won’t be using this location again. Just rude.

Called before I went in, every time on three separate occasions, explained my situation and asked if they would be able to cash a check for me.. Every time I explained the whole situation I had going going before I drive all the way up there. Every time they assured me they were going to be able to cash the check for me… Every single time I got there, they would try to find some reason “they couldn’t cash it” 3 times, what a waste of time and gas.. Don’t say you can cash a check and then try to find some reason not to when the person gets there. Horrible
