“What a great experience! I called ahead and spoke with Luis to coordinate having my car picked up. He showed up on time as he committed! He was friendly, incredibly respectful of my vehicle and knowledge in working his equipment to secure my car to his truck for the tow. I felt comfortable every step of the way! I highly recommend Alfonso Towing should you ever need a tow and while I assume everyone working there are great, I'd ask for Luis to do the job!”
