How about customer service. I walked in and sat down waiting to open a checking and savings account never once was acknowledged by anyone working there. Waited 10 minutes which is more than enough time took my hundred thousand dollars plus and left.

After being reassured of a call by closing by the local banker today, and customer service assuring me that my business checking account and debit card would remain active, (Wells Fargo closed the Business Savings yesterday). I was just informed via email that my business checking account was now closed. Now automatic debits cannot be made and I have to wait for Wells Fargo to mail cashiers checques, to access MY MONEY. A customer for 10 years, with money in both accounts, this was done to "comply with FDIC rules", because they did not acknowledge my virtual office address (A brick and mortar building with receptionists, conference rooms open M-F, fax, phone and mailbox) A real shame, since I like my local Wells Fargo

If I could give negative stars I would. Very unhelpful and solution minded. I'm trying to get an insurance claim check cashed to fix my home that was damaged. But that "can't be done because they need my ex wife and I to go into the bank together. Normally would be easy excepty ex wife lives in North Carolina. They've shot down any attempts to try and help me get the situation taken care of and apparently loves their customers to have a home that is partially unliveable. I highly recommend not using wells fargo for any means. Especially home mortgage or even daily banking

Id just like to say, that this bank has very professional people there. If you need a banker, ask to talk to Ellie. Very helpful, patient, and understanding.

Horrible, I have a business account with wells fargo. The bank itself is great but, this location is by far the worst branch i've ever been to. Horrible customer service, no business line. and a manager by the name of Veronica who can care less about customer service. The tellers are all amazing minus this snot nosed veronica who sticks her nose in every time and tells the tellers not to count our checks because we are depositing too many.... I deposit anywhere from 15-30 checks a day, you would think that with this amount of business coming in they would take care of us like every other bank does besides this location. Unfortunately they are the ONLY wells fargo on this side of town... "We count our checks at the end of the night, you tell us the amount and we will deposit this amount and recount it at 5pm....." DO YOU SEE A HUGE LINE BEHIND ME? NO, THERE IS NO ONE ELSE HERE.... It only takes about 5 minutes to make a customer happy, what happened to customer service? The tellers don't have a problem doing it, they have always done it but now, little miss manager veronica runs on over. I like my money COUNTED in front of me, not when your business closes.. There have been times when they count it in front of me and it is incorrect and they have to count it again. They have shorted me twice by $200 even and had to "investigate" this is exactly why we started asking them to count the checks right away. HORRIBLE.

Not bad as big, commercial banks go. I got good service after the manger was called over to approve a $15,000.00 transaction., Understandable. I usually use the ATM which is reliable and works well reading my checks when I shove them in. The indoor experience wasn't bad, either. It just took a while, reminding me why I use the ATM 99% of the time. Overall, a pleasant experience and good folks behind the bullet proof acrylic.
