“Went into here, not knowing what I wanted and ended up, leaving with four different items. Mariah was so nice and helpful, she answered all my questions and showed me the cutest lace bralettes. I tried them on and ended up getting four different colors of the same one. Everything in the store is so cute but the customer service was phenomenal. This was my first time in there and signed up for rewards because I will be back.”

“What a GREAT outlet store! I've always enjoyed Old Navy, and this particular store is now one of my favorites! There is a large selection of clothing for men, women, and kids. There are a lot of sales going on throughout the store, and there is a large clearance area as well! I found my favorite type of tops for $4.99 each! You can't beat that deal anywhere, and these are good quality tops! I'm so happy with the items I purchased! The sales team was very good- they were polite, hospitable, and provided ample time to peruse at my leisure. Tejon Pass is a great stop, and I'd like to come back to this Old Navy location!”
“I came in looking for clothes for my 2 kids which is always a difficult task. However, I was greeted by a young lady with pink hair who guided me flawlessly throughout the store and my whole experience. She was so helpful with size guidance and what's trendy these days. Sweetest Tilly's employee I have ever came across. I was then met by a girl at the register who was wearing glasses and she had the most darling Christmas nails! She was very polite yet quick and to the point. Overall it was an amazing experience my favorite Tilly's ever! I will be back soon!”
“This store is like most guess outlet stores, except it is newer so things are put away nicely instead of strewn out all over the place like many of the other ones I've been to in other places. Their selection was why I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5. Just not a lot of different things. I don't know if it's the buyer's fault or if corporate is just sending boring things but there's just not a whole lot to choose from. Hoping it will get better towards the holidays.”
