the phone number--you don't need to call, because no one will answer you at all.

The absolute WORST auto insurance you can get. Even if you're desperate for auto insurance DO NOT USE AAA. If you're in an accident don't expect a single phone call, they will ignore you and expect YOU to do all the leg work. Someone ran an intersection and hit me while on my motorcycle, GEICO (the guy who hit me insurance) called me within hours of the accident happening, GEICO called me again the next morning, and again the evening of the second day. GEICO paid me for injuries and pain and suffering, money was deposited into my account....ALL OF THIS from GEICO (NOT MY INSURANCE PROVIDER) AND NOT A SINGLE CALL FROM AAA MY INSURANCE PROVIDER YET! GEICO informed me I needed to get AAA to approve my motorcycle repairs. At this point I had already called AAA for updates since the day of the accident more than 5 times to no response from my agent.
I was reassigned 3 times for 3 different representatives via AUTOMATED TXT msgs from AAA system (NOT A REAL PERSON).
I sent dozens of text msgs, emails, phone calls, voice-mail to each and every representative and NO CALLS MADE BACK TO ME.
It's been 3 days since accident and I STILL haven't got a call back from my rep in regards to the repairs for my motorcycle!... DO NOT USE AAA! THEY ARE USELESS!!!!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Catherine at the Diamond Bar location, and I must say that her assistance was truly exceptional. Not only was she exceedingly patient, but she also took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, ensuring that I fully understood the information provided. Her expertise and dedication to customer service are truly commendable, and I am grateful for her invaluable assistance. Thank you, Catherine, for your outstanding support.

Came in to use the notary service they offer and was told they didn't offer it today because they have limited staffing and to try the Fullerton office. When I mentioned it was 20 minutes to closing and I wouldn't make it she said sorry, which was nice, but still left me without a notarization and having to find the service somewhere else. Also stinks to pay for a service that comes with my premiere membership.

Very rude employee working. They lack customer service. I don't recommend going here. If possible, I would give this place negative 5 stars

Been to AAA Diamond Bar Branch twice, both times got unfriendly services. The one in Chino is definitely much friendlier.

I use to have just good things to say about AAA in Diamond Bar, but it changed today. Very rude receptionist at the check in, and they said that they can’t register my boat there, but the funny thing is I did that before with no problem. Looks like they are getting lazy. What a waste of time

Incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly folk work here! Helped me through every hoop I needed to jump through with the DMV. Can't imagine I've gone to the DMV all these years when I could've simply gotten help from the knowledgeable people who work at AAA. I'll be back in October!

I asked questions regarding a trip online, as the website indicated we can do this online and no need to come into the office. I did get an initial response asking general questions. I answered and responded. She responded telling me she'd have information the following week. I heard nothing but realized she was probably busy. I sent a total of 3 follow up emails - none were answered. I then sent one basically asking, can you help me or not? Funny how she found time to answer that email telling me I could if I wanted with no concern or apologies for ignoring my other emails. I responded and now she suddenly had time to argue with me via email - about 6 emails total - telling me how I should have made an appointment and she's very busy and couldn't possibly help me via email. Never did she tell me in the initial contact that an appointment would be necessary - she could've told me this in one of my follow up emails. I found it interesting how she found time to go back and forth with me via emails telling me how busy she is and what I should have done. I contacted another agent via email. She responded and answered my questions; however, when I did not make an appointment within 2 days after she initially responded, she emailed me telling me she's closing the file. I had intended to make an appointment; I needed to get my schedule clear first before confirming a time. Well, I guess they're the only ones who have busy schedules. I then made a phone appointment to talk to another agent - yes, I gave too many chances. She did not call me at the time of my appointment. I contacted her, and she answered stating the system wasn't working. I then gave her information, she said she'd get back to me the following Monday. We spoke on a Friday. Nothing! I sent her follow up email - no response. I sent two more follow up emails - none were answered. I called and left her a VM - no return call. I called again and left VM - no answer. If I could give a 0 rating, I would! If AAA can't help their members with travel plans other than with walk ins, they shouldn't offer it! I realize people are busy, but to just be ignored from a big, well-known company was surprising to me. And the fact that Stephanie P suddenly found time to argue with me about how precious her time is via email but couldn't find the time to actually do her job was also surprising. And emails and voice mails being ignored by Vanessa G was completely unprofessional. And I guess I just didn't respond fast enough for Kimberly H. I think AAA has it backwards - the customer is the one who should expect a quick response from you - Vanessa, Kimberly, and Stephanie, or any response would be nice! AAA you really need to revisit your travel agency and live up to what you advertise! Your travel agents are the worst ever! THEY ARE A JOKE!

Never have I ever felt a bad experience and not valued as an AAA member. First off the check-in employee should smile and not question that I have a notary appointment. Then when I get to the employee who is notarizing my document tells me I'm a plus member when I've been a premier member for almost three years. Even after I showed my AAA card said premier and asked them to verify it. Then they tell me I am a premier. I left this location feeling upset and discriminated because I'm Latino.
