Very unhelpful. Went in to try and troubleshoot why my phone wasn't connecting to any networks consistently and the guy just kept telling me he couldn't help me and to call tech support. How can I call if my phone doesn't work?

The service was awful. I was helped by Steven and he was ridiculously rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and just gave an overall bad experience. He didn't welcome me whatsoever nor did he even offer to help me when I clearly approached him with a question. I asked him a question very kindly and he cut me off and said "Just call customer service". I asked him for a direct line and he responded as if I was stupid. It's off-putting that people as such work in the front. I'll also be formally filing a complaint.

I kept making random deductions. The first time I made random deductions, I was deducted an extra 10 yuan a month. Later I found out and went to the store to negotiate and they fixed it for me. After a month or two, the random deductions started again. Now I will be deducted at least 5 yuan more every month

My daughter's phone was stolen. My daughter, my wife, and I stayed in the store for more than two hours. My daughter got her new phone there. They had many questions about their phones. The two young associates were so friendly, so patient, and so helpful.That's one of the reasons for being AT&T loyal customer

Never go to this store for any business, I opened four lines, each line costs 35. Starting from the second month, there were various inexplicable extra expenses every month, and then 200 per month. Every time I went to negotiate, there were various reasons. To make matters worse, four months after deactivating their line, they sent me a bill.
