Canceled my reservation a few days before we needed a moving truck to make $ by renting all their trucks to fedex and ups for hiliday season and then customer service said the only location available is almost 40 miles away. Are you kidding me? This is unacceptable. Use u-haul instead.

I made resevation for moving truck twice but when i go to pick up the truck they always say they dont have it in stock and told me to call customer service to get other solution they are really Irresponsible

This place has poor customer service. Reserved a truck ahead of time and on the day before received a call letting me know that no trucks were available.

Yep...Failed to read reviews before trying them. Really wish I had, it could have saved me the major stress and loss of money and time that unfolded because of their failure. I made a reservation for a 26ft truck on Dec. 30 to pick it up on Dec. 31. I arrived at their location for the truck at my scheduled pick up time of 9AM and the lady told me to have a seat since she won't be able to help anyone until her computers are back up and running. A little longer than half hour passed and she than asked for my reservation#, I gave her the # and she said, "ohhhh you're here for a truck?" I said "yes" and she said, "well, did you see any out there?" and I said "uhhh no." And she said "that's because we don't have any currently available." And that's when I dropped my jaw with disbelief. "What??!!! How do you allow reservations to be made for one to be picked up than?!!" She said "It's not us, it's the reservation center." It blew my mind and I basically was asking her how the hell the reservation center and the store don't coordinate these kind of things. A lot of schedules are planned around these kind of things and a lot of sacrifices are made around a major move - time, work, and money that was paid in cash to the people who were supposed to help me move at a scheduled time ($150 which was non-refundable by them which I certainly believe you guys should be compensating). I was told by the lady to call the # she gave me since she could not help me with anything at all. I called the number and I explained the whole situation to the guy on the phone who than told me he couldn't do anything but that I would be receiving a call from their inventory manager anywhere from half hour to 2 hours to arrange a new pickup location and to sort out their failure with me. The whole day and night passed and I NEVER received a call from them. Every aspect of budget is a major fail and I highly advise to not give them your business at all. And I am not just somebody who is cranky about a lame situation trying to persuade you to steer clear, just read all the reviews and many people will warn you too. Take heed!

Not a good experience. Truck was not there, and there seemed to be no interest in helping figure out a solution. Asked the gentleman to cancel the reservation as we left to locate an alternative. He said he would, but when I called the 800 number, the reservation was not cancelled. Thank goodness I placed the follow up call. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

I had a great first time rental experience. The Filipino woman, Juvy, who helped reserve than check out my car was both friendly and helpful. If you live nearby I recommend to come in person. You'll be given a printout and an assurance that your vehicle will be washed and ready to go the day of your trip. Ignore the negative reviews saying there was trash everywhere. Simply not true. Also, some of the other negative reviews came from people who tried renting a vehicle that same day, rather than beforehand. Make an advanced reservation, pick up your car and drive off into the sunset!

This place is not worthy of any star. Oh how I wish I would have seen the reviews. I reserved a 12' truck for pick up at 9:00. When I arrived the woman (NDJOJR) who was working behind counter. Was having trouble finding our reservation. Finally we went to truck to do the inspection and found an absolutely filthy truck. The windshield was covered in dirt and bug splat. The side windows looked like this truck drove through mud puddles. The inside was littered with trash everywhere. At no time did the woman apologize or make any attempt to clean it. Being that we were on a time limit we bitched and complained about it but had no choice to take the truck. As my husband started to drive away he saw the check engine light come on and a low tire pressure light. He immediately went in and told this woman who came out and took a picture of the check engine light and called someone on phone. She then had the nerve to tell us that the tire pressure light is low because it has been sitting and the check engine always comes on so we are fine. Now keep in mind we had to drive up the Cajon Pass. Thank god nothing happens but this lady never offered another truck or location. We called the 800 number to complain and was told they would refund $35 of $101.00. Big deal. You can bet I will be reporting this to BBB. This company does not care about safety. No wonder the were the cheapest. I will stick with Uhaul and pay the extra. It is so worth it!!

I was supposed to rent a compact car last month. And the Filipina staff was so helpful and accommodating. She notified me of an upgrade promo they have for just a few dollars. From a compact to a Toyota Rav 4. What a deal! Upon returning the car, I called to let her know I will be late and she told me not to worry and just drive safely.

This company is terrible. No wonder why the prices are so cheap. This company screwed me over in my reservation because there was a typo in my phone number to confirm. I had the correct email address as I received a confirmation for the rental. The company cancelled and gave away our truck because of the wrong phone number. They stated that corporate was the only one that can contact by email, which I believe is BEYOND terrible customer service. They are screwing their clients last minute on rentals without even knowing until they get there. And we are moving hours away not just a city away. Thanks to Uhaul for saving our move date.
