They did the cut/wrap on our whole beef and it is amazing. So organized, neat packaging, clear labeling, beautiful cuts, just like i ordered. They helped me load all 790 pounds up in the truck too. The place was clean and everything looked fresh & tasty. Great experience all around.

“Welcome to the best Mexican food one-stop shop in Pomona, California.
They have hot food, drinks, Mexican breads and a little convenience store with butchery stands. Anything that has to do with Mexican food you can probably find it here.
After that announcement, let me tell you about the hot food. They have burritos, tacos, quesadillas and anything you want. I've tried it and it's the only place I will buy Mexican food in Pomona. Period.
They serve the best little piggy in Los Angeles!!!
They also have the Mexican breads selection, my favorite is the little pigs. Not only is the hot food good, but the Mexican breads are also my favorite here. Especially the little pig. The baker here has the perfect balanced recipe and combined with the perfect cook time. What you get is the most fluffy little piggy ? (not to sweet, perfect balance)
The only thing I didn't try yet was the butcher. It all looks amazing too though.

Just be warned the parking lot is a bit small. You might have to park on the street if it's busy.
All the staff here were very friendly.

“Have always bought meat from here and have never had issues but I’ve notice when a holiday or something comes up and they know they will be extra busy the meat is not made them same. Bought some meat and it wasn’t marinated and seasoned as other times. I was disappointed because spent $100 and the meat was not flavorful and did not have any taste”

Checkout is also smooth and efficient—lines move quickly, and they seem to have things under control.
Pricing is fair, especially if you catch their weekly deals. It’s not always the cheapest across every item, but the quality and consistency make up for it. You kind of know what you’re getting every time, and that reliability goes a long way.
Parking is generally easy as well, which is always a plus. No unnecessary stress before you even walk into the store.

“I have been coming to this Stater Bros. for a little over a year now specifically to get meat to cook for my dogs. Every single time I have gone to the butchery it has been amazing service. Incredibly kind staff, quick, and very helpful to me. A standout for me was employee Mark at the meat department, as well as another gentleman who I did not get their name but will next time I go. Mark told me that the other gentleman had told him one of my dogs had passed away and offered his sincere condolences. Mark also provided me with great service and I am so thankful for his kindness during a hard time. Thank you again to the people working in the meat department!”

My only critique was the filling, I asked for berry compote and it tasted like jelly out of a jar not horrible! Just would’ve tasted better with it handmade. But the frosting, the cake, the decorations was perfect!”

“This place is also called “Premium Meat & Food Market” on Google maps. But when you get here, I don’t think there’s a sign that indicates that.
I purchased a half tray of galbi (about 6 lbs), beautifully gift wrapped and put on ice (meat was not frozen) for about $113. They also have some banchan, Kimchee, and other cuts of meats. I will be back again!”

I go here weekly and the staff is always so welcoming! Highly recommend going directly to the butcher side as if you want a specific cut or marbling, they can check and cut the meat for you.

“Went in there for a few things I needed. I also bought some fresh flowers in a nice glass vase. It had some water in it. I put it in my shopping cart and just went slow. It ended up tipping over and a bunch of water landed on the floor! Immediately a sales clerk rushed over to me and helped me with the flowers by saying finish your shopping and I will just take this for you and put them at the checkout line for you! They immediately cleaned up the water, I stood there for a minute so I could tell other shoppers that I had spilled water on the floor and I didn't want them to slip. I was treated so kindly and really treated with the most respect!”

“We purchased Settler’s Jerky yesterday. It is sooo delicious. I love soft jerky and my son loves it more dry. This was the perfect mix of both. The flavors we tried are hickory, teriyaki and sweet and spicy. OMG. Highly recommended. Represented by Trevor who is a good guy. Friendly, easy to work with and is very passionate about the products. (Notice the bag is empty. lol)

“Wow! What a cool spot. Excellent selection of meats, sides, tortillas, chips and more! The marinated Ranchera was incredibly delicious and grilled up great. It was so tender and has a great flavor. The al pastor is also phenomenal! The staff have all been so friendly. The last time I went it was near closing and the owner gave me a free pork tamale to try out which was one of the best tamales I have had. My only regret is not coming here sooner!
