This review is only for a super nice banker named Tony at this branch. Recently needed some help with a correction on my account and had no choice but to come to the branch to handle the matter. Tony was the one who helped me. He was super nice, diligent, meticulous and very patient. The task was rather complex, and required ALOT of work on his part, he kept a very positive attitude and took the time to handle the work like a champ! He even had to make 2 phone calls to their central office, and he patiently did it with no complaints, was upbeat the whole time. He took care of everything beautifully and provided great service! 5 stars for him. Minus 1 star for the horrible parking situation at this branch.

I have been a customer to this branch for at least 7 years. I was alway please and happy with the branch. Today, I'm disappointed. Today is the first time I had unpleasant experience. I was there around 9:30am, start with no "Good morning from the teller, the whole time, no thank you or is there anything else I can help you with " . I was shocked that I was treated like nobody . There was such a bad vibes and unprofessionally. You can do better, Alexis. You can help your customer a good start of the day.

Greeters are for WalMart and NOT for banking. I have been banking for 50+ years. I hate to see money being wasted on greeters who pry into my life to see what I came in for. It wastes my time, and it discloses my privacy to someone I do not want to interact with and have no need to interact with in the transaction. I am literate, I can think, I have no need for greeters in banking.

Times have changed... When you need help banking your money somewhere and making payments, everyone is willing to help you at a bank. However, if you are trying to move funds or set up automatic payments elsewhere, you aren't a priority. I needed simple assistance to handle a check issue that was sent to me after paying off my mortgage. They required additional documents that I cannot obtain. I had no appointment and walked in. After 15 minutes of waiting, someone comes by and says just wait a little longer. Time flew and then someone else comes and ask if I needed help. Says I need to check in, and since my name was not put down, I cannot be seen. I wait another 35 minutes... No assistance. (Total Wait Time = 55+ Mins) In the end, my issue could not be resolved because what they are asking for is impossible. Make sure you have a lot of patience to speak to someone. A total of 3 people ahead of me left, so I got lucky to even see someone after waiting so long.

This bank is in a main plaza on grand in diamond bar. The parking spot right in front of the bank only has about 10 spaces but the plaza parking lot is massive so you shouldn't have any trouble finding parking. If you come during the day, it can get busy depending on the day, but for the most part you won't be there for more than 15 minutes. I think the reason for the low rating here is because it could seem like they're short staffed, but there's not a lot of traffic at this bank, which makes sense. They have a drive-through ATM that's open at all time so I find that to be very convenient.

My husband and I came in today without any appointment, but received help right away with Jin. He was super helpful and patient with us as we opened new accounts and answered a lot of our questions with our business/ personal accounts. We've had difficulty before at our branches, were the bankers were either impatient or very short- but Jin was super great! We highly recommend!

Chase has decided to eliminate Safety Deposit Boxes. This is what they did to me as an existing owner since 2009:I went to Chase to access my SDB in February2022. When taken to my box, it was discovered that the lock had been removed! And my PROPERTY WAS GONE!! THERE WERE NO IMMEDIATE ANSWERS AS TO WHERE MY PROPERTY WAS AND WHY IT WAS REMOVED!! I was contacted the following day by a bank manager who informed me that during an audit it was discovered that the serial number on file did not match the actual box. As a result they drilled my box WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME!! THEY REMOVED MY PROPERTY, EVEN OPENED AN ENVELOPE MARKED CONFIDENTIAL!! THEY PROMISED ANOTHER BOX, BUT LATER SAID THERE LEGAL TEAM WOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO GIVE ME ANOTHER BOX. I was treated very unfairly as a customer. I'm not sure if it's Racial discrimination or plain stupidity. They gave me a coffee mug and basically told me to go away. I feel completely disrespected and violated! So this is the way they are getting the Safety Deposit Boxes off of their books! Terrible service!
