The workers at this places were so nice and friendly.
Jacob knows everything and answer all the questions.
Roland he knows how to do the jobs. He cleans and maintains all the facilities well. When I asked there are so many bug in my unit he cleared in a second right away!

Incredible customer service! I came in on a Sunday and office was closed. I had a U-Haul full of stuff and was needing to move in that day but didn’t have my codes. I used the QR code and was able to speak to a rep (little bit of a wait.. But where was I going to go). He set me up and even was able to move my unit due to the original one not being prepped. The rep even stuck with me on the phone the entire time and even walked me through where to go. Very friendly and incredibly professional. I got the impression that they appreciated my business and worked for me to get settled in. With self storage being a very landlord “figure it out” kind of business I was surprised there was actual work being done to get me settled in. I have a unit at Public Storage and NEVER had that kind of help and usually had to track someone down at the complex and always made it seem like they were doing me a favor. So this was a breath of fresh air. So dear reader, avoid your first day being Sunday as they are closed and you’ll have to call in for help, but if you do I will say they do help you as much as they can.

Jacob, one of the managers, is very helpful, patient, and best of all, kind. The facility is well maintained, clean, and worth paying a little more than other storage companies. Recommend.

I used the storage service at this location and had an excellent experience. Roland answered all my questions, worked with me on handling a tricky parking situation, proactively contacted me when the lock on my unit was not closed correctly, and again when it seemed that I had moved out.
