First Time Renting a Storage Unit for my personal excess stuff. Let me tell you what a pleasant experience I had the moment I walked in the door. I was met by Leslie such a lovely friendly face who made the process so easy. Roland the onsite manager was friendly and made me feel like I made the right choice in storing my personal belongings at Cube Smart. If you are looking to clear up space In your home look no further Cube Smart is the way to go.

My building was not safe to be inside for long periods of time in the summer due to it not being climate controlled. Merely being there for a short time can be hazardous. Elevator sometimes malfunctions. I liked that it was accessible early in the morning and late at night. Easy access next to Hwy. 60.

BEST EXPERIENCE!! I've been here since 2016, and I have NEVER had any issues! Roland and his crew always gave the best customer service. I've never seen it dirty with trash or people's junk. Hallways were always bright white, clean, and clear. Never experienced any insect issues either, which was amazing. I was sadden to have to leave since I have moved, but I highly recommend this location with their customer service and good pricing! Thanks for this pleasant, smooth experience, Roland and crew!

All of my things were stolen from my unit. Someone must have picked the lock. There are no cameras in the hallways so there was no footage. The insurance did nothing for me. People working there said this has happened repeatedly to other units. Not a secure place to store anything valuable.

Like others who have left reviews, I would recommend not storing your things here. They change the rates at will. When I asked for an explanation, employees told me that they were going to get back to me after speaking with the District Manager, Todd Haynes. They never got back to me. I followed up in writing numerous times. Todd Haynes ignored emails from April through June, until I reached out to Chris Marr, the CEO. He then corrected the issue, but had no explanation for why everyone was ignoring my emails.I found out later that the employees had broken into my unit during the time that they were ignoring my emails. In December, I discovered that over $12,000 worth of my belongings were stolen. Roland and his staff never got out of their seat when I reported that I had just called the police because my things were ransacked and most of it was gone. There is a reason that there are no cameras inside even after all the thefts. They refused to cooperate with the investigation and the detectives had to get subpoenas from a judge to make them supply things that they should have automatically provided if they had nothing to hide. The insurance is a joke. They force you to buy it when you rent the unit. The insurance denied the claim because they said there has to be evidence of forced entry and they cannot distinguish between CubeSmart employees breaking into the unit vs someone else. So CubeSmart employees made it so that the insurance company, Great American, could deny coverage of CubeSmart's liability. The matter is ongoing. I have been in touch with state legislators and other elected officials about these issues. There are tons of cases of this happening on Yelp, on BBB, and across many other platforms.
