How do you just delete a prescription from someone's profile?? I have an RX sent last month, that i never filled because i wasn't due yet. i attempted to transfer all my prescriptions to other pharmacy. and magically my prescription was deleted with no trace of it on their end after it sat on my profile for a month. and i could see it on the CVS app. and magically poof. gone. And magically a prescription that had 11 refills on it, magically disappeared and has zero?? i don't trust this pharmacy

Poor customer service almost every time I go- the last time I was there I patiently waited at the register- there were three people working behind the counter and two of them could clearly see me- I'm not asking for much but not even a sign of acknowledgement or letting me know I would be attended to once they finished what they were doing- the only time I got help was when I one individual who didn't see me came out to give someone else their prescription

They make you walk all the way back of the store to see the sign at the restrooms (see pics) saying to go get someone at the front of the store to unlock the restroom. Think of all the seniors who have mobility issues and see this sign. CVS Manager- please fix this!

Came in to get a passport photo. There's only one worker behind the register, a long line, and nobody working the Photo Booth. We asked about getting the photo taken and were told that we needed to wait for the whole line to pass for assistance. When we finally get to the register, the cashier told us that we need to go stand in the Photo Booth line and proceeded to say "I didn't know you were going to get back in line." We were never informed that we needed to go to a separate area for the photos even though she clearly saw us remain standing in the line. Directions as to how we should get the photo taken and where we should go to pick it up afterwards were unclear. Overall the whole vibe of the situation wasn't positive and it felt as if the cashier did not want to be there at all.

Pharmacy is so slow and sluggish. Two pharmacists and a parm tech behind the counter, one pharmacist helps a gentleman off to the side after the he complain about how they messed up his rX. The other two are just filling out and bottling meds. Neither come to help me who is at the front of the counter. You would think the pharm tech would help after filing his current bottle, and when done with me, continue to fill out more meds. But nope, he keeps filling bottles. Not until 15mins later and more people form a line behind me does this pharm tech finally come to help. Mind you the one pharmacist still hasn't resolved the issue with the previous gentleman. Ever since they got this stocky build filipino pharm tech, he has been so slow, sluggish and unhelpful. Please do better.

Always a long wait at the pharmacy. Service isn't the best everyone looks upset to work there and they don't care how long they make you wait.

Didn’t ask about insurance and charged full amount of $189.99. When I asked about the price another person came and said sorry she is new. Don’t the new people get orientation before starting their job. Another time 3 medications were prescribed and she said I have two medications for you. When I said the doctor ordered 3 meds then she was saying we are out. I said why didn’t you say it first. Only after I asked she’s telling me about the 3rd medicine. First time at CVS pharmacy with worst experience. Hope they will train their staff properly to improve customer service

Daisy at the front counter provided an amazing friendly and efficient service ! She was helping multiple guest and always greeted everyone with a genuine smile !

Loved there pistachio nuts. Excellent service by pharmacist Mary Kort & assistance Kevin. Excellent Teamwork. And at the front desk register Tammy was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Gotten a lot of sale items & great deals. Thank you CVS for your excellent employees & sales:)

Super disappointed with the pharmacy today. I had my prescription sent to them from my doctor and when I arrived, I stood in line behind a gentleman waiting for his prescription. When he was called up, the pharmacist tech told me to go into the line closest to the aisle, but when I got there, someone was just walking up. Rather then let them know I was first since I was already in line, the tech allowed me to awkwardly be sidestepped while the person who came after me was helped. No biggie, I can wait.When my turn finally came, I was informed that it would take 15-20 min and advised to step to another window to confirm my insurance. Again, no problem. A pharmacist helped me get started on checking my insurance, but midway through, scurried away to do who knows what. Another pharm tech stepped in and finished it off.When 30 min pass, the pharm tech notices me still waiting and checks on my prescription only to tell me the insurance wasn't marked, so I had to wait an additional 10 min for them to fix it, and find the right medication that works under my insurance. Again, no biggie. I finally get my prescription after 50 min of waiting only to see that they're missing one of my medications. I go back to the original pharm tech, and he said it wasn't listed and to go back into another line to have them check for it. Another line and another 10 minutes later, another pharm tech got pulls up my prescription and says she doesn't see it on the list my doctor sent and informs me to call my doctor. She prints out the list and, low and behold, I see the medication she said wasn't on my list. I point it out to her, and she tells me she's "sorry she missed it" and to wait an additional 15-20 min.At this point, at least 6 other customers have come and gone. I'm in the middle of my work day and left for a quick "15-20 min wait" that ended up being almost 1.5 hours long.I had to push back 2 of my calls, and at the end of the day, couldn't afford to wait an additional 20 min for them to find my prescription. I just left and now will have to come back to have them pull me around and tell me to wait despite their multiple fuck up.Don't let the "fake" 5 star reviews fool you. It's probably employees leaving those.There's a reason there's an overwhelming amount of 1 star reviews at this place.

I just want to start off by saying that I'm very Thankful for the lady that helped me out. Yaya is what her nave yeah said and she was so helpful and kind. Talk about excellent customer service . Thank you for your hard work!!!!

Special thanks to Molly. I have been shopping at this spot for almost 10 years. Whenever I stop by, Molly always greet me with smile. She is sweet and patient with every customer. I really appreciate her customer service.

* baby changing table in women's bathroom * stroller space * taped X on floor to ensure 6FT distance at lines for checkout or pickup Thank you CVS Pharmacy for continuing normal hours through this pandemic. I was able to run in and get a prescription & I am so very grateful. Filling the prescription was easy enough, I just gave a women at the counter my prescription paper, insurance card and the Pharmacist was ready to give it to me in a few minutes. The Pharmacist was not very helpful when he gave us the medicine. He read the overview & just told us to follow the instructions given by the Doctor. When I asked more questions he was confused and gave us questionable answers. (You know when you are forcing an answer out of someone clueless? That's what it was like.) That was disappointing but, I just made sure to read the pamphlets and google info.
