booked a covid vaccine for 9am next day, and it got cancelled at 7:30am in the morning that day. they didn’t bother to call me or text me, just sent an email. if you can’t give out vaccines then don’t let people book them online.

This one star is for a male cashier there.
I placed a photo order this morning. When I went to pick up my photo in the afternoon, this cashier told me there was no order under my name. I was pretty sure I placed the order and showed him the confirmation email. He started searching the computer impatiently and kept telling me there was none. Not even an apology for the system error.
I had to place my order again on my phone, but when I asked another cashier to get the photo, she brought me my morning order. How ridiculous.

Upon approaching the person at the window, I said hello she said nothing back. She asked for my ID and insurance card I give it to her. She then asked me is this my only prescription or will I have this prescription again? I say I don’t know did my provider send that information over? She says nothing and just brings up the medication. I’m upset because I’ve had this medication for five days now and I don’t know how to use it. She didn’t seem open to questions. I actually don’t ever want to come back to this location. Now I have to wait 10 more days from my appointment with my doctor again to ask her how to use this medication. Honestly, I think my experience had a lot to do with the color of my skin tone.

the pharmacy technician here is a joke, came in Saturday night March 9th 2024 around 8-9pm and the asain guy w/ glasses doesn't know what he's doing, and acts sassy like he doesn't want to be helping. He then proceeds to nod off like he's on something. Why be a pharmacy technician? There's McDonalds across the street :) Also, this cvs is one of the most disgusting establishments ever. It always has that dirty smell to it. No thanks!

Went in to buy items that were behind the glass, locked up and the woman would not let me carry the items after she opened the cases for me. The clerk literally took my products and said she had to keep them up front as if I were a criminal or a thief. These items were all cheap and under $40.00 each. I spend $100.00 every time I go in CVS just on whatever I want often. I will not spend my money at CVS anymore, I'll go to Target and I will move my families prescriptions from CVS as well.

I came in at 930 pm to the diamond bar location straight from the emergency room Saturday Nov 18th. I was promptly greeted by a younger man who had the misfortune of telling me that the entire area was out of the pain medication that i was prescribed. I asked what was I supposed to do and he offered to call the hospital for me to get the DR to change my prescription which he did. I fully understand that typically the pharmacy techs DO NOT have to do this for us and I just wanted to let him know that he is a life saver and I appreciated his help 100%. we don't typically use this location as there is one closer to home but we have NEVER has customer service at our local CVS as great as this young man provided. I wish that there was a corporate email that I could message to let them know the type of staff they have on their team

How do you just delete a prescription from someone's profile?? I have an RX sent last month, that i never filled because i wasn't due yet. i attempted to transfer all my prescriptions to other pharmacy. and magically my prescription was deleted with no trace of it on their end after it sat on my profile for a month. and i could see it on the CVS app. and magically poof. gone. And magically a prescription that had 11 refills on it, magically disappeared and has zero?? i don't trust this pharmacy

The pharmacy is super rude here. They don't really listen to you. They talk over you. They hang up on you. I understand that they are busy but towards having good phone etiquette and proper customer service, they are falling short by a mile. I'd give them half a star if that is possible.

Poor customer service almost every time I go- the last time I was there I patiently waited at the register- there were three people working behind the counter and two of them could clearly see me- I'm not asking for much but not even a sign of acknowledgement or letting me know I would be attended to once they finished what they were doing- the only time I got help was when I one individual who didn't see me came out to give someone else their prescription

The lady at the pharmacy is beyond rude! I wish I remembered her name! But the pharmacists in general, need better training on customer service. If you are that rude to your customers/patients then you need to find a new job! Just Horrible!
