Terrible service! The employees wait until there is a long line before they even consider helping anyone after 20 minutes. Horrible! Do yourself a favor and go to any other cvs pharmacy. It appears that only the lowest quality people work at this cvs pharmacy in Target on grand & colima in diamond bar. :( total disaster at this location.

I’m so frustrated I want to cry. Cherry on top is that they were supposed to text me when ready but never did and was unapologetic for it while they kept me waiting and continued with other jobs. I was here for 2 hrs total. I thought I’d let them know the text was not working and was told that my preferred contact was home phone as if it’s my fault. Well maybe she should have checked that when she specifically updated my phone number for text notifs 2 hrs ago?

CVS located inside Target store in Diamond bar offer the best service. Both the pharmacist and the staffs and pharmacy in training are professional courteous and helpful in refilling my husband who is a diabetic. Really appreciate to go above and beyond to serving our community.

At 10:44 am on August 17th, 2022,I went to diamond bar target CVS counter to pick up medicine. A young man at the counter had a bad attitude. He asked me to say my birthday and my name three times aloud in front of everyone in the line, which was very unpleasant.When taking the medicine, a long description appeared on the screen, he urged me to choose "yes" or "no" quickly, I had to choose "yes" in a hurry even though I didn't know what the instructions on the screen meant.When he handed me the medicine from the small window, he did not take the initiative to explain the dosage and precautions of the medicine to me like the previous employees. He just said "any questions", sure i have questions, he told me how to take them until I asked. I don't know if the staff should Or should not need tell people how to take pill, but i know only this man not tell me.He give me one day begin with bad feeling, This man is not do this kind of service job because he don't have any medical ethics.

I came here to get my COVID vaccination. It was easy to make an appointment on their website. When I scheduled my first shot, they automatically scheduled me for my second shot. The COVID vaccine offered at this location was Moderna. This CVS is located inside Target. There's plenty of parking and it's super easy to find as the layout for every Target is almost identical. Just enter, turn right and the pharmacy is to your right hand side. Once I arrived, I can check-in via text as well as at the counter. After a short wait, a pharmacist came and gave me the shot. After each shot, I was asked to wait for about 15 minutes just in case I had any bad allergic reaction to the shot. Thankfully, there was none. After the first shot, I was given a vaccination card for proof. I brought the card back for my second shot for them to fill out. Easy peasy.

I called three CVS pharmacies today. I asked them if they knew which of the CVS pharmacies near them had the minute clinic. All three representatives sounded the same; confused, gave me a lot of "uhms" and then told me to Google it. I know we're in the middle of a s*** storm, and I'm confident the pharmacy workers are busy, but to defer answers is lame. "Boo", you CVS pharmacy workers, who attained a degree through higher learning but failed rudimentary customer service.
