Great place to have a party and lots of space to rent out for guests. Had a baby shower and have a lot of chairs plus more space to do stuff like games and dancing and even have presentations. Room was really well kept and a lot tables to use. Parking was a little tight because the lot was really small but there is a lot of street parking available on the streets but can fill up very quickly so be mindful about where you park to see if a permit is necessary.

We enjoy living in this community and the HOA makes it pretty easy to love it even more. What we get for the monthly fee is well worth it. In addition the support, opportunities and options of fun activities that are provided to all homeowners by the HOA office is above and beyond expectations. HOA fees 36 per month and you get swimming, tennis, clubhouse for parties. Can't beat that at that cost.
