I had a flat tire and no shop had my tire on a Saturday afternoon and most shops were closed on Sundays for the tire size I had. I called the diamond bar firestone and spoke with Frank, who definitely carried my tire size and provided me with excellent customer service.

Don’t go to this Firestone! Absolute worst customer service. No accountability whatsoever. I called the store, told I had a confirmed appt, then later the same day I’d made an appt someone says. I don’t have an appt, that it was “request.” The person I’d made it with had said it was “confirmed.” When I called the day of for the new appt. First person I talk to says, that I don’t have one. Second person says I don’t have one, then says he sees it. Then rather than apologizing for their mix up, he(Brian) gives me attitude. Never going to this branch ever again.Don’t they realize people carve time out of their day to do this?! Initially, I’d told it would take 1-2 hrs, now I’m told I won’t get it back till 3-5 hrs after I drop it. Oh and he didn’t have customer service number. Said I can get it AFTER the service was done.

Neve returning to this location. Made an online appointment for today at 9am and was told they didn't confirm my appointment through their online portal. The employee said he arrived to work at 830 and hadn't got to my appointment to call and confirm? Doesn't make sense. His solution was to reschedule my appointment which I had already showed up for, for this Sunday. Absurd way of doing business.

Two months ago, I turned to Firestone for a simple wheel alignment. Little did I know that this decision would lead to an ordeal of frustration and disappointment in their customer service.After one of their staff members carelessly damaged my car's door with their work truck, I expected a swift resolution. Unfortunately, the following weeks revealed an astonishing lack of professionalism and empathy.The situation was escalated to their headquarters in Tennessee and handed to a claim specialist. This began an unnecessarily long wait—over a month and a half—before they even considered a second repair quote.To make matters worse, I initially provided a quote from the official dealership. Shockingly, the specialist questioned its credibility, casting doubt on the accuracy of a well-established source.Attempting to discuss the issue with the supervisor yielded no results, as my concerns went unanswered.I believed in Bridgestone's reputation, but this experience revealed a disconnect between their image and their actual service. This incident showcases their lack of accountability, poor communication, and skepticism towards customers.By sharing this story, I hope to alert others who may consider Firestone for their services. Consumers deserve efficient, and respectful treatment, which Firestone clearly failed to deliver.

I was unable to do a walk in . You have to call for an appointment. They messed up my dad's break job. They corrected it but he drove around for like a month before he took it in because he thought it was a normal sound.

Ever have one of those days when things aren't going right? Well Firestone put a stop to that and found solutions. Went above and beyond to help me change my spare tire on a F150 that I borrowed. Now you may think that's not a big deal lol but if you have a truck, apparently, ya need a "special key rod" to get the spare. AAA was not able to help and dealerships do not have copies . Firestone staff and mechanics took their time on a VERY busy day to get the job done. They located my "key rod" that AAA was not able to find and changed it on the spot. They took the initiative put air in my tires and visually inspected my brake to make sure I would make it home safe! **The device needing to remove the spare tire is located inside the hood of the car** Military friendly location. Thanks again for your outstanding service, very appreciative. HOORAH!

Amazing people all around. Front desk was extremely informative and helpful with my current situation as I messed up my car door the day before the appointment(unrelated to the appointment). They told me what the damage looked like and how I could repair it myself or bring it into an autobody shop and have them fix it. The main problem was that the door was misaligned and I needed to put pressure down on the door for it to align and close. I got my car in, gave the keys, and they did their work replacing my oil and looking over everything. Got my car back and thanked them and went into my car to get the door fixed at another shop until I realized they had fixed the door for me. Never mentioned it, never brought it up, just fixed it out of the goodness of their hearts and had me on my way. Amazing workers all around. Thank you all for your help.Services: Body & Trim

Jonathan is GREAT! Go see him! I’m here because I got a screw in 1 of the 4 brand new tires I purchased on 09 Mar 23!!! As a solo female traveler, I freaked out & panicked!!! Jonathan was wonderful!!! I was charged $31 to replace my “screwed” up tire ?My advice is to always get the warranty! (I went to Goodyear in Rowland Heights first & they were charging $276 to replace 1 tire!)
