My friend brought me to visit Jen’s cattery recently. I was impressed with Jen’s loving and caring personality and her beautiful Ragdoll cats. Later on I visited Jen’s cattery with my daughter and we picked a cat that really works well with our family. Jen was very patient with us and understanding of our needs. She provided us lots of good advice on how to take care of a Ragdoll. We are very happy with our experience!

Buyer beware! Terrible experience with this breeder. We purchased 2 cats from them in July. She provided us incorrect immunization records for both cats, one turned out to be a male instead of female, the other was over 9 months old when Jen told us he was only 3.5 months old. The smaller kitten has been sick since they day we got him and unfortunately passed away 2 months after from panleukopenia, which he clearly got from the breeder because the only 2 pets we have came from the same cattery. When we came to look at the cats 2 of them were covered in diarrhea and Jen laughed it off saying her assistant forgot to wash them. I got a bad feeling then but the kids were way to excited for their cats. We should have walked away then instead of heaving this heartache and loss.

I highly recommend FairyTale Ragdoll by i-Angel. We purchased a ragdoll kitten and he's everything we hoped for and more. Jen, as busy as she is; made us feel like we were her only customer. She was always available for our many questions before and after we took our little boy home. We were in contact with multiple breeders before we found Jen and she was by far the most responsive and knowledgeable breeder. If you're looking a great quality kitten and reputable breeder, look no further.

we have a pair snowwhite Ragdolls from IAngel last year. we want to have pure long fluffy fur kitten with ocean blue eyes for long time but could not locate one breeder who can provide us such a dream pet until we located IAngel. They are a few sites who carry the full lines of beautiful Ragdolls including Snowwhite. Our kittens are just as adorable as any cat owner wish for. they are healthy and playful. we highly recommend iAngel for anyone looking for quality kitten with professional service.

I purchased two kittens from iAngel Ragdolls in December 2020. One of the kittens died from Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). I received a replacement kitten who was also diagnosed with FIP.

Jen has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I was very unfamiliar with how to buy a purebred kitten... She was so patient and understanding and willing to help me...and even now after a few weeks I've had my kitty she always messages me back and answers any questions I have. Any bad reviews against her are not true!

Update on Benji + new kitten Casper! Benji is now nearly 1 years old and he is still the sweetest fluff ball ever. He has never had any health issues and when we took him to the vet, we were told that he is in perfect condition. He loves to cuddle with my husband and I in the mornings, and always runs to greet us at the door when we come home.In Dec of 2022, we welcomed a new kitten; Casper from Jen's cattery again as we wanted to get a buddy for Benji. Casper is full of energy, love and affection and loves to eat! Benji and Casper got along very well from the start and they are always playing with each other or grooming one another.Jen has become a great friend of ours and we talk about Benji and Casper's growth whenever we go see her for their vaccines. Any concerns we have, Jen is always there to reply to us quickly and support us. This really puts me at ease since she is very well informed about the cats and has so much experience. Her cats are so beautiful, loving, affectionate, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!!

Got 2 kittens from Jen! Both kittens adapted quickly at home and also got along great with our dog from day one! They had healthy appetites, very playful and curious. They have a lot of energy and love to play and chase they toys I got them. Jen is quick to respond to any questions I have and to offer any suggestions as well. They are my first kittens and Jen made the whole process and transition fun and easy. Definitely recommend her for both experiences and first time cat owners!

In my decade+ time spent Yelping, there might be only one business I have ever wished I could ruin, and it is this one.Jen churns out a lot of kittens but there is a good chance your kitten will have URI, FIP, calicivirus, chlamydia, and/or all of the above when sent home. The kitten can infect all the other cats in your household, and infected cats can be a lifetime carrier as well, so when your friends with cats catch what your kitten gave them, you will have to bear that guilt for the rest of your life. Jen tries to ply you with probiotics, expensive supplements, and lyseine, but it's all for show. Our vet thought these supplements for a kitten were unnecessary - she said they get what they need from balanced kitten foods on the market. URI is pretty typical and unconcerning. Calici and FIP are viruses that are insidious and there is an entire group of us whose kittens have struggled with health and/or suddenly died around the 6 month mark. You can buy a black market vaccine for FIP, but it will cost about $10-15k, self-administered daily shots for a few weeks, is not completely effective, and needs to be within a very short and specific timeframe to work. But back to Jen - her communication is pretty terrible - her response to the Yelp review below is very typical - rambly, nonsensical, not to the point. When you get there, she will try to flatter you and shower you with compliments, and pressure you with arbitrary numbers to pressure you to take the kitten. The game she played with us was "choose between 2 sick seal point cats - I'm losing $600 by giving you a huge discount for the slightly healthier one". It's the same patterned cat, not seal versus pure white, how would there be a $600 difference? Pricing is totally arbitrary. She also let my kitten go the first day he was 8 weeks old. Given how sick the siblings were, they needed to be with mom. She actually lost a lawsuit for not taking the kittens to the vet. In her instagram feeds, you will see 30+ kittens and she can't even respond to the one you want. "I have some available" is basically her response. It's a kitten mill. She's running a $500 off special now probably because the negative reviews are catching up to her. When confronted about her bad practice or trying to get your deposit back, she will pretend to have a heart attack and hysterically cry. Yes, a grown a** woman! We had less than 5 months with our beautiful boy. What stood out to me from the vet is that FIPV is like herpes (HSV1) in humans - 50% single household cats have had some exposure, 80-90% of cats in multi-cat households have been exposed to it, and in 5-15% of cats the virus becomes a death sentence. Check out Cornell's vet school page on FIP.Of those that get infected & survive, 13% become lifelong carriers - so the fact that many of us have gotten kittens that died of it over the last year or two means she probably has at least one lifelong carrier breeding parent that is spreading it to all new litters moving forward. When I let her know our kitten died, all she said was "how sad!". Seriously? My current cat was also pristine prior to bringing home our infected kitten - now, he has constant chin acne (a sign of viral infection), runny eyes and noses, and itchy bumps. On the cattery's name: Fairytale Ragdol is an award-winning cattery run by Joy - she even writes on her website that she is NOT affliated with Jen. Jen combined the names on Yelp and signs her email as Joy to confuse the buyer. This cattery run by Jen Huang of Diamond Bar, California, is essentially a ragdoll mill. Do your research. Look up "iangel ragdoll reddit" or "gemini ragdoll reddit" and see the many conversation threads for yourself. Jen has been in many past lawsuits where terrible reviews were removed in exchange for the medical and kitten costs and quite a few other ones last year. I have mixed feelings about this because I wish I had known or they posted elsewhere. Some of these reviews also look extremely fake. While you

My roommate recently got a retired ragdoll from Jen and she has been nothing but the best addition to our apartment. Jen was extremely kind and accommodating to our schedule. She welcomed us into her home and genuinely cares deeply about all her cats. Jen was deeply moved when we gifted her a paw ornament the last time we visited her. The whole experience has made me believe that if I ever want a cat, Jen's the person to go to.

Hello Future Ragdoll Parent(s),Please read this before deciding to put down the deposit with iAngel. I did not want to write this review because I declined from adopting the kitty from them (I did put down $350 deposit). I am not writing this to get my deposit back. I am writing this to educate the the buyers so they can decide themselves. This review is about the business not about the people who operate this. The people seems nice. This review is for the business state in 2022. I hope the breeder use this to take better care of their kittens. I hope the ALL kittens are healthy before they leave the breeder in the future. So, as a buyer do communicate with the breeder to see if they are your right fit. Everyone's experience is different. Here is my experience:I decided to put down a deposit with iAngel in June 2021 because they have available kittens for our budget $1500 (initial). The breeder clearly knows that I want a blue bicolor male kitten for max $1,500. We discussed the pricing before I agreed to put down the deposit. After the deposit was placed, there were no kitties for $1,500. The breeder always advertise available kitties about every other month but they are all in the $2,000-$3,000 range. I did not like that they kept advertising kittens when they know my preference and price. After about a year being on the "waitlist" and kept getting messages about available kitties, I got upset at the breeder and I wanted my deposit back. I could not get the deposit back because it's "non-refundable". Note: The breeder say kitties for $1,500 are the ones with imperfections so there are rarely available. I was never told this when I asked about the pricing before I put down the deposit. Since I could not get my deposit back, I decided to keep waiting. Few months later, the breeder contacted me saying there is one available. However, this available one is $2,000 and it was "discounted" from $2,500. We FaceTime and I liked the available kitty. I made it clear that I want this kitty checked by a vet on the same day. Breeder was understanding about it. I set up picked up date and went to get it. On the day of, the breeder say the kitty has a runny nose from a cold. I thought to myself since it is a cold, the kitty should be okay. I took the kitty to the vet the same day. In the car ride, the kitty started sneezing and kept sneezing here and there, on the way to the vet. The alarming part is that each sneezes contain mucus with blood. I texted the breeder to let her know that. At the vet, we found out that the kitty is older than the breeder said (when we FaceTime), and it had elevated temperature. I told the vet about the mucus with blood. He said it could either be a bacterial or a viral infection. The test for it is over $300 and the result takes about a week. We didn't want to risk the kitty having a viral infection and we can't return it back so we decided to take the kitty back after the vet.On my ride back from vet to the breeder, I did research about bloody mucus and sneezing. There were post about possible FIP. Since FIP is viral and permanent and we are unsure if the running nose is just a cold, we made our final decision to return the kitty. It wasn't worth losing $2,350 total. At the breeder, we explained the situation and told the breeder to take the kitty to the vet. She said she'll do it when the vet open. She offered me other kitties but I decided to decline. When I was playing with the kitties that she showed, another one had a raspy breathing. I also brought that to her attention. It seems to me that probably she has too many kitties to notice each health. Before I left, I told her that for me to adopt from her I want to see the history of vet visit for the chosen kitty. She said the kitties don't see a vet until they are sick. To me, the kitties never seen a vet in their life. For the success and unsuccessful reviews on here, it looks like it is a luck base... if you are lucky you get a healthy kitty, if not your kitty may carry some health proble

I really don't know where to start! Jen is such an awesome person. She's loving and caring (a lot). I've been looking for a Ragdoll for long time and talked to several breeders which I didn't feel comfortable getting my baby from them. I talked to Jen explaining my needs and the personality I'm looking for as I'm a first time pet owner and I love dogs so I'm looking for a dog/cat combination. At first it was out of my pocket to get a kitten so she had a retired cat (lulu) at less price so I got her. However, my mom was really hoping for a kitten so I contacted Jen to return Lulu and wait for a kitten :) she was so understanding and sweet immediately accepted my offer and I returned lulu and waited for a kitten to become available. I waited over a year because I couldn't pickup any cat due to my school as I'm going through my last year of residency and it's not even in CA and again Jen was so understanding the whole time. I supposed to get mine in Dec or Jan 2023 however I couldn't wait anymore haha so while my spring break I contacted Jen to get one since I'm visiting San Diego. And again Jen welcomed me into her lovely house and helped me to get my matching kitten. I was strictly looking for a male and even named him "Leo" however I felt in love with a baby girl "Zuzu" and didn't hesitate to get her which was the best decision ever! It's been three days and zuzu is the star of the house she's so energetic and happy cat. Immediately in the car after picking her up she started playing with everyone around her. S
