I had a wonderful experience. I had just picked up my girlfriend from school and we were headed to the mall to get last minute things to prepare for our Valentines Day dinner. All of a sudden my car started shaking and a loud noise was coming from the front of my car. I thought I had blown a tire because the steering wheel was pulling away from me. I managed to get to the slow lane and exit the freeway safely. I remembered there was a lot of car repair shops nearby so I drove my car to Midas. They were so helpful the manager as well as the mechanic came out listened to the noise I described and briefly test drove the car before we noticed what was wrong. I had recently got my tire replaced and the lug nuts keeping that tire in place were stripped and had fallen off. Due to the fact that it was near closing time they weren’t able to get the parts and fix it that day but they were able to replace the lug nuts with ones I had in car and get me back on the road. I was nervous that I would be stranded that day but they came through for me…well us. I thought our Valentines Day would be ruined but because of their knowledge and quick thinking we were able to enjoy our night. I’ve had some bad experiences with mechanics in the past. The guys here are the most honest and caring guys I’ve dealt with. They were only concerned with our safety not how much money they could make. I…..we really appreciated that. Other mechanics because of the holiday probably would have took the opportunity to cash in due to our vulnerability at the time. They didn’t. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on.

I had my 1998 Chevrolet Van towed here because it was not starting and I had the fuel pump replaced at another repair shop 2 weeks ago. The Technician showed me the fuel lines were damaged and rotted and worn out. Fuel was leaking from the line. He replaced the fuel lines and added some gas and the van fired right up. Honest and reliable.

Called for a price on a tire patch which should only cost literally from 15-25$ being the most. The guy who answered the phone seemed as is he already woke up in a bad mood, if your gonna be answering phone please have someone who is polite because they will drive all your customers away. At that point it wasn't the price it was the attitude of the person behind the counter. All I needed was reassurance on the person who is working on my vehicle and with that kind of personality I could tell they were going to overprice just to make a profit. I understand they aren't in control of the price but they are of their attitude!

I needed an oil change, quickly called to set up an appointment within the hour - got there and it was quickly done with care. The staff is nice and genuinely want to make sure the car’s finely serviced.

Nov. 30 2023 @ 11:55am called Diamond Bar location regarding a set of 4 tires. I understand the promotion was (buy 2 get 2 free with installation and an alignment) I wanted to know the price for a set of 4 tires and installation with disposal fee to bring in only (4 tires on rims to be replaced) meaning “I pull up and unload 4 tires that are bad on rims to be replaced” I can’t drive the vehicle that has flat damaged tires there so he stated he can’t sell me the tires. I’ve attached pictures of the vehicle I’m dealing with. “Sure I’ll drive it there on rim” AS A TECHNICIAN MIDAS CHECK YOUR STAFF THEYRE GOING TO COST YOU MONEY AND CUSTOMERS. I was willing to pay for whatever to get the tires put on regardless 300 or 1000 for tires today and you failed.P.S. this owner of the vehicle does not own a spare
