If you have a complaint don't expect mgmt to solve the problem; nor expect the corporate office to do anything. These employees are simply "yes" people with no skills to solve anything.

Th longest lines and the most incompetent customer service people ever! Maybe I expect too much. The prices are actually not that good, Target prices are comparable and Ross is cheaper and has better quality items. Parking lot is a mess. Avoid.
