The value and affordability here is good. Some items can be cheaper here but a good shopper knows to compare ads, but overall you can get a bargain shopping here. The staff, from my experience, are polite and helpful. Overall, my experiences here have been pleasant. Ok, so here are reasons why I would not give higher stars: Restocking of shelves appears to be done during peak hours. This is awkward when you are trying to grab something from a shelf but employees are working and blocking the aisles. I'm not talking about one aisle, but the entire store, again during busy hours. Other markets, appear to do this overnight or off peak hours. My true gripe is the payment system. In the year of 2024, I am able to use my debit or credit card by tapping the pay machine. Here at Walmart market (or the super store), this does not exist. Here I insert my credit or debit card in the pay machine that reads "error" at least 5 times before it accepts it. My same card that works perfectly fine at every other store. So here is the issue. The biggest and richest retail chain in the US won't spend the difference for pay machines that use the contactless pay method.

Th longest lines and the most incompetent customer service people ever! Maybe I expect too much. The prices are actually not that good, Target prices are comparable and Ross is cheaper and has better quality items. Parking lot is a mess. Avoid.

In a recent visit to your Walmart store, I encountered several issues that warrant attention for the overall improvement of customer experience. 1. Checkout Frustration: Voucher Redemption Denied Attempting to redeem a voucher at the checkout proved challenging as the clerk refused to process it. The situation was exacerbated by an unhelpful attitude, creating an unwarranted obstacle during what should have been a straightforward transaction. 2. Discriminatory Behavior: Unsettling Treatment of Asian Customers The same clerk displayed discriminatory behavior towards Asian customers, coupled with a condescending attitude towards those using vouchers and coupons. This not only violates principles of fairness but also contradicts the inclusive environment customers expect. 3. Managerial Inaction: A Missed Opportunity for Resolution Despite the store manager's acknowledgment of the issues, there was a noticeable lack of proactive resolution. This indifference left customer concerns unaddressed, highlighting a missed opportunity to rectify matters promptly. Addressing these concerns is pivotal for creating a shopping environment that aligns with Walmart's commitment to customer satisfaction. I trust that prompt action will be taken to ensure a more positive experience for all patrons.

The convenience of Walmart + membership cannot be overstated. With free unlimited delivery of groceries and household essentials, I no longer have to make frequent trips to the store. I simply place my order online and it arrives right at my doorstep, making my life so much easier. And not having to worry about hitting a minimum order threshold for free delivery is the cherry on top! I highly recommend giving Walmart + a try - it's an investment that you won't regret. The savings offered by Walmart + are truly remarkable. The exclusive member prices and discounts have helped me significantly reduce my grocery bills without compromising on the quality of products. Not to mention the fuel discounts I receive at Walmart and Murphy USA fuel stations, allowing me to save even more on my everyday expenses. It's like getting rewarded for shopping!

Every time I visit Walmart Diamond Bar branch, I get a great. service. Cashiers are very friendly and when I made returns, staff at customer service were very patient and nice. Today, I did some last minute grocery shopping and Lily was the cashier. I was $0.10 short and Lily was kind enough to "lend" me a dime. I was very impressed by her kindness and friendliness. Thank you for your exceptional service, Lily!

This Walmart gave me rotten ready-cut watermelon. I opened it after picking up my order and it was slushy and soft watermelon. The next time I came here to pick my own, and all the ready-cut watermelon is all going bad.

Having a Walmart Neighborhood Market near is a plus. I like the self checkout which is fast & easy. They have a good selections of everything I need, most of the time. The personnel needs to be more inviting and friendly. The bathrooms are clean but... the person cleaning the women's bathroom was rather rude to a lady that needed to use the restroom. He quickly told her NO, I need to clean it first. OMG, the customer should have been allowed to use it first & he should have waited till she was finished. It would have taken her 2 mins instead, she had to wait more than 5 mins till he was finished cleaning it. The workers should be more pleasant to the customers. Some act like they own the place. That is how they will drive customers away. Other than that, the store is kept clean and stocked.

Very disappointed at the fact that Hilda didn't bother to check anything on the system / computer to get my money back from their services to wire money with Ria/Western Union via Walmart.Hilda called a supervisor Manisha, same result. Manisha didn't even bother check the computer just directed me elsewhere. I spoke with compliance department at Ria and it was approved to be refunded . I received great assistance from Glendora and Chino stores but Diamond Bar not at all good service. I asked to speak to the manager ... Marquette but he doesn't come out of his office. I waited for 15 minutes and no show. Then I asked another clerk to check and it was another 15-20 minute wait. Now I have waited 45 minutes. I have the compliance department stating that the cashier at Walmart is processing it incorrectly and they having just waiting here. After an hour they could not process the transaction.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my godmother - Theresa Chiang My mom stated that JOHN YU is the most PHENOMENAL Pharmacist, and the BEST that she has EVER worked with! She has been a customer of Walmart Pharmacy for only a few months and wanted to commend you - John, on how helpful you are, for going above and beyond in customer service, and ensuring she gets the proper medication, and products she needs for her husband. My mom didn't know what to do to take care of her ailing husband, yet John was there every step of the way. The first day my dad came back from rehab, she went to Walmart, and John supported her in identifying the right supplies my dad would need, such as Depends, pee pads, walker, and everything in between. My mom doesn't speak English well, but John was able to speak to her in Chinese describing each product that she would need to be a caretaker for dad while he is recovering at home. John even calls my mom if she has pending products or medications, and will send via FedEx, so that it will save her a trip to the pharmacy, and cause less stress and anxiety for her. My mother, Theresa Chiang, is so grateful to you John Yu! She stated you are extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, and that you take the time to spend with individual customers (especially her), and that you really "walk the talk." She stated that, because of you, she will never go anywhere else." THANK YOU JOHN YU for everything! Our family is forever grateful for you! Keep up the good job! You are a BLESSING to US!

I've never had an issue using the drive up to get my groceries but today I'm super annoyed! Thank you Walmart for giving me the hardest and least ripe avocados you could find! I now have to go to Albertsons to get 2 avocados bc the ones from Walmart I can literally bang against my table! Defeats the purpose of me using the drive up option!

Was at the cashier and an old white lady with a lot of badges on her vest working there just bag 1 plastic and the rest she let me do it I was taking like is this how Walmart does it now not bagging it will make lines longer should be re trained by management does not matter how long you work for Walmart this vist was 12/19/22 9:30am just found out today 12/20/20 the name of the person is "LIly".

Never answer call doesn't matter how many times you call or which departments you select. Where is the heck Manager of this store at? They should be training employees to answer the damn phone!!!
