Just visited your location in Avondale Az, an employee by the name of Justin Kimani, he’s amazing, he is pleasant. He’s happy . He upsales all the menu items. I really hope you guys are taking care of him as an employee, because he is taking care of you as a company! Just stellar customer service and attitude! I watched him just whip through orders and also fixed the sauce after helping us. He is just amazing !

They allowed fraud to be charged on my card in their South Gate CA 029 location. I called for the manager and he refused to come to the phone said he was on break while a crime was happening!

Corporate gave great customer service . I was given a call right away. She was able to take care of my refund of getting triple charged dealt with in a timely manner.

Worst experience . Tried calling Hr about a location in Rialto, Ca . The lady is demanding masks even for vaccinated clients ? What ? And super rude about it yelling at everyone

Just visited the location on 5539 sunset blvd Los Angeles ca 90028 and it was by far the worst customer service I had ever experienc. The the girl with blonde short hair is the manger than you guys need to resider changing her position or firing her. This is been going on for such a long time and I know that because I read the reviews on yelp and some many other people have said the same thing ! The girl at the register was sweet. It was the other one packing the orders that was so rude. I will never go back thanks to her!

There is no rating for this location-Upland,CA- does not qualify for a star rating. First time for lunch at this place of business (not a restaurant), because the food I was served must have been cooked (three weeks ago). The Chicken Katsu looked like old fried skins. I cannot understand the mindset of a person who prepares a customer’s (food) order with no pride in their job or pride in the company that hired them. It is inexcusable to apply for a position with a company of your choosing, accept that position and then become an employee that would not appreciate your job but choose to destroy the reputation of the company that gave you an opportunity. With so many people currently unemployed during this Covid19 catastrophe we are facing, you have chosen not to appreciate your job, certainly not take pride in what you do. I called the corporate office to speak with the person in charge or who is in a leadership position, " no one is available"... waiting to upload the pictures!!! "(For us all to be appreciated, we must take advantage of every opportunity big or small to be better at what we do).

I love ono Hawaiian but my experience today at the Fontana location off of valley was horrible. Ordered online for delivery today 5/8/2020 at 4:10 pm called location to verify ordered girl answered with an unappreciated attitude. I just wanted to see if they can add 3 sauces per plate and was told “well no only 2” and I said there has never been a limit and I’m not asking for an unreasonable amount and I will pay extra over the phone if needed I just wanted the sauce. She said no that it was too late. I said ok what do I need to do to have extra sauce and was told nothing you can’t have more than 2. I previously worked for ono and I understand people over do it with sauce however I am not one to over do and I was willing to pay. Based on the attitude and overall experience I will not be back to this location. I rather drive a few extra miles for people to treat me like they actually don’t mind there job.

Worst Customer service!! I ordered multiple combos and was restricted to 4 sauces TOTAL!!! Clerk stated they would have to charge me extra for each extra sauce!! NEVER COMING BACK!! Been a customer for years too. ZERO STARS DESERVED

Food cold. Ordered at 4:53pm received order at 5:30pm. Bad service. A room full of people waiting on orders. Room fulll of workers one lady making orders.
