This place is a joke and a scam , don't even try to contact them .tried contacting them and they take forever to reply and on top of that they never answer there phone at all ,tried applying to a house and a lady answered and said no rentals very rude and then hung up on me ,another person finally answered after calling 100 times saying he forgot the house was on the market for rent tried to do a tour but didn't even care to message back ?, I wish I could give them a negative rating.

Absolute nightmare. They hired me to clean their clients house, but does not pay. They have a balance due of $940, which I've not gotten paid. Instead of paying, they asked me to reach out to the client, which I knew nothing about. All they gave me was an email address. No phone numbers, no physical address, not even the name of the client. I am about to take this into legal battle. Do not do business with these people !!!!!!! I worked my butt off to clean their nasty pool.People !!! Stay Away ~ !!!!! Primior Asset Management. You are about to get sued !!!

I have been in rental business for over 40 years California. So far the best property management company I found is Primior located in Diamond Bar, Ca. Currently they are managing 4 of my homes. They screen the applicants in a very professional way and then they call me and go over the application in full detail. They manage the properties the best way possible. They treat the tenant in a professional way. With Primior I have not had any evictions. Their staff is fully trained and I am very happy person.

Ever since moving in, Primior Asset Management has been respectful and has listened to us as tenants! Very kind and helpful with the many questions we have had in learning about our home. Moving is stressful, and there are guaranteed "bumps" along the way. It is comforting to know that the management company you are dealing with will help you get through it all.

Excellent communication and patience of their apartment management team! You can always reach out to them easily if any issues no matter as a tenant or the owner. Everything was clear when I moved in and out. The notification was delivered on time when there is an inspection or maintenance. So lucky to the owner to have them to be the property management team.

Wow It has been an absolute DISASTER working with Primior. One hot tip, get a therapist or quit your full-time job first if you want to work with this company because you're gonna break mentally and physically.I started renovating my residential home starting first week of June (5bed 3bath).We were moving from Chicago to LA so imagine the chaos. They've assigned me to a GC in June with a promised date of finishing first week of July. Guess what, Summer is over and we are still begging them to get their employees out here onsite.First week of construction, they demolished the full house then stopped showing up, haven't been collecting any of the materials that we asked for. After three months later of never sourcing the kitchen cabinets we wanted, we had to go with a kitchen cabinet style that we were meh- about.After 2 months of making NO progress, I even visited their Diamond bar office and asked for another GC but primior failed to assign me to a different GC until 3.5 months into construction. Finally we are getting things running thanks to the new GC, but this took way too long.long story short, they wasted 2 months of doing nothing and had us live in the house for that had one "working" bathroom and bedroom. no kitchen.The only reason I didn't go with a different contractor during month 2 is because they promised to credit me with the hotel fees of 10 days and they've lied that they had the materials. I can care less. Please, just finish the job.Take my advice. Run far far away from this unorganized company. Don't do what I did, assuming that a corporate with a nice yelp/social media presence would be responsible. It has been a complete joke.4months in this project we still haven't completed one full bathroom or a kitchen. Nice job, Primior :)

I found Primior when I was searching for a property management company. Working with Cullen and David Gazarov was an absolute pleasure. They thoroughly explained everything and were so transparent, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies I interviewed. I highly recommend them!
