Why is their number disconnected? People have invested a lot of money into their exams to not be able to get simple questions answered from the proctor

After reading these reviews, it looks like it's one person that is providing bad service, but yesterday the staff that I encountered was all friendly. Easy and clean. The room was a little bit too cold, but it kept you on your toes.
