This location is absolutely trash. They treat patients like trash. I had stand by position and they lock me out when I was in restroom. This is the 2nd time, don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere else

Making appointment online and submitting requested information is frustrating; had to resort doing it by phone. Otherwise, everything else went smoothly.

Smooth and quick process. Booking an appointment was easy and was in and out of there in 15 mins. Phlebotomist was professional, friendly and handled with care.

The walk on patients should not be at the end there was a patients there from 7:30 am until 11:45 because he was a walk in .my suggestion to change that and maybe take 1 walk in after a hour between apps
Other wise don't take walk before a set time maybe 1 hour before closing

As other reviewers have stated, don't bother trying to come here as a waitlist/standby patient (you will almost always not be seen.) I was waiting for over 2 hours with no luck. Those that come on time for their appointments are not seen for almost half an hour to an hour over their original appointment time, which is ridiculous (especially if someone needs to fast for their appointment). I do not recommend this site.

HORRIBLE service from a phlebotomist, "Alexis," if that's even her real name. I've never experienced such bad patient care and can't believe this girl is employed here. She needs to work somewhere that doesn't require her to have any sort of customer service skills. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!RUDE. IMPATIENT. MALICIOUS STAFF!!!Went here for bloodwork some time back. The male Filipino phlebotomist took his frustration out on my arm after I made a comment that he didn't seem like he insisted strongly enough for me to get my blood drawn on a call with his supervisor before him and the rest of the Quest staff went on lunch. He told me to come back to this office at around 4:30p when nobody else was around except for he and I; and then he was interrogating me about what I said while he applied the tourniquet, made me pump my fist 3 times and used a large Guage needle. He said "so you think I didn't insist enough huh?!" Then stuck the needle in with force while he said "hm!!!" My left arm was so bruised and in pain the next day.He was so malicious. I've never felt frightened while sitting on a phlebotomy chair. Literally assaulted and battered me.I never formally complained but here is my review of this God forsaken place. They will abuse you physically if you even raise an eyebrow or insist on getting service (mind you I was 5 months pregnant having Braxton Hicks contractions, while fasting all day when this happened).I hope he got fired...I should've sued when this happened! All I can do now is write this review.

Very racist worker’s especially the ones in front desk , Made us wait so much longer than everyone else & we were early for our appt, made us fill out paper work twice also. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The worst service ? I arrived at 8:30 a.m. without an appointment, it was 11:20 and they didn't serve me even without seeing people in the waiting room, I won't return ?

Cali is great! She made my morning. She actually made getting my blood drawn a good experience. Yes the place is small, and no there's no receptionist, but check in is easy and I was in and out within 10 minutes.
