Same experience as many others have stated already. I went in for an annual physical that is covered my by insurance policy for which the clinic has stated they accept and will be covered (they still charged a $20 fee for "processing new patient". Now I'm getting charged for a $300+ bill for that service and another $200+ for blood work that should also be covered.Their contact number for billing services goes straight to voice mail--no one ever answers the call. Do not take their word for accepting your insurance plan. They will tell you they accept your insurance plan, which means absolutely nothing if not intentionally misleading. Your claims will be rejected. Contact your insurance provider and make sure they said the services will be covered under your policy.

2 weeks after my lab test, there is no test result report to me. Left the message 2 times but no one response to me.

I never leave reviews and I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This place use to be great but ever since they switched locations it has gone downhill. There’s a reason why it has such low ratings. Don’t expect a call back from this place or proper care. No one ever called me to tell me what my lab results were. Instead I had to look on my patient portal and I had to call them three times over the span of days to ask why I’m not getting prescribed antibiotics when my labs clearly say I need them. And every time I call they tell me that the doctor is in office and they’ll send her a message so expect a call back soon. Guess what, she never does. I need antibiotics but because their lazy doctors won’t actually get back to me nothing is getting prescribed. So here I days later waiting for my call back with an infection that’s getting worse.

Do not go here. This may be the worst doctor's office (if you can even call it that). I visited them on a whim for a preventative health checkup. Not only did my experience with the doctor leave me feeling frustrated due to his seeming lack of interest but then I get slapped with a $300 bill that my insurance will not pay for due to the way it has been billed from Providence. I cannot begin to express how irritating this is and how genuinely unhelpful the customer service has been. I'm sure some people will have good experiences with this place, but for the sake of those of us that get treated like garbage just for taking our health seriously I would highly encourage anyone to find another doctor's office.

Please listen to the negative reviews. As much as I wish they weren't true it's very true. This company, Providence medical group is horrendous. They used a diagonistic code when submitting the claim to my insurance that triggered an automatic denial. The insurance representative I spoke to on my PPO said she had never seen this diagnostic code used before in her 20 years working in insurance. Upon speaking to Providence's customer service team, they tried to give me platitudes (oh we're so sorry, oh we wouldn't want your experience with us to be negative, etc.) while offering no solutions aside from ways to make the payments easier (GFY). Providence has demonstrated that they do not care about patients or healthcare. They are a corporation here to make a profit. Screw the patients and their wellbeing. If we lived in a sane world, they would be held accountable for this incredibly shady and gross business practice that they're running. This of course will not happen, but the least I can do in my capacity is to highlight the corrupt and morally repugnant corporation that chooses to line their pockets with hardworking people's cash who are earnestly attempting to maintain their health. GFY

This place is ridiculous. The staff is very very rude. I had my appointment for 3 o’clock. I came perfect timing and they’re saying I was five minutes late and I drove 45 minutes to come here with my baby and this is ridiculous. I advise no one to not come here because they do not care and I have my appointment for over two weeks and they’re saying I missed my timing by five minutes. Ridiculous. I write this place is zero.

They've moved and have turned this place into a cattle yard. One reception area for all doctors versus each having there own office. Been to the new location twice now and had to stand in line for 10 minutes each time just to check in. On my last visit I told them i was there for an x-ray. They gave me a form, filled it, gave it back, and sat down. After 45 minutes of waiting and watching people show up and leave before me, I asked what was going on. The girl said she thought I was just filling out the form. Why would anyone fill out a form and leave!

Honestly, the only saving grace here is my doctor. Other than that, this place has gone down hill. I called to verify they accepted my dad's insurance, was assured they would, only for him to get there and be told they don't accept it. I had been going to this place since since I was a child but once Providence got ahold of it, it went to s**t. I doubt Providence reads reviews but I wish nothing but horrible things for Providence as a company.

Very bad place and unhelpful people I showed up for routine check up with appointment . Ended up with 70 min waiting in exam room for Doc and a big fat bill . Called the finance and they asked for ridiculous 60 days just to see what went wrong . Broken dead end place

I just got contacted by St. Jude and they informed me that they have come to an agreement. I'm glad because I like the services that St. Jude provides. I still think it's messed up that there was a possibility that we could've had to look for another provider. When companies do this it's the consumers that end up suffering the most. And it's especially bad when it's healthcare that people rely on. But I'm glad they came to an agreement and hope we can continue going in the future with no further issues.

Made an appointment month in advance for the first slot to do Lab as I have to drop off my daughter afterwards. I arrive promptly before my appointment for the 1st spot and it’s 15 minutes pass my appointment and I’m still sitting here as I write this review.

All of the messages about unnecessary testing and surprise bills are TRUE. If you come in for an annual preventative care visit that's supposed to be free with your insurance, make sure that any tests they give you are preventative. Better yet, just do the testing at Quest so you can get an estimate of what it will costs. They will find ways to tack on additional tests -- e.g. collect ONE sample for a test kit that results in your sample being tested for a multitude of different things that you didn't know about (surprise you're paying for all these tests; tacking on another test that they don't consider as preventative so, in addition to the bill for the test, you're also getting billed for a physician visit FOR THE SAME DAY and FOR THE SAME VISIT, even though your doc probably spent 30 sec telling you about the test you're getting (that's how billing works and they use it to the full advantage). There needs to be some oversight on the billing practices here because I'm not sure how billing a patient for a test that wasn't mentioned in a visit and outlined in the care summary can be legal.

The emergency room seemed pretty clean. The restrooms didn't look dirty and didn't smell. The service from the provider was good. I took my daughter and the PA that saw her was nice. The nurses were okay.. Long wait but that's pretty much expected at any ER. They have services where I can text or call a # to ask for anything u need while u wait. The only thing I did notice after was the bandaging they did on my daughters finger wasn't that good. They could had use telfa bandage (non stick) because when we were switching her bandage since It got dirty it got stuck to her cut and it cause a lot of pain to pull out .
