vehicle was 2014 Ford Expedition XL 4WD. Got new struts on each wheel. Owner is very well informed on struts. Even Ford had a hard time figuring out which struts fit this vehicle and screwed up twice in a prior replacement. The guy at the counter is the guy who does the work which means nothing gets lost between the counter and the repair. Based on my experience I recommend this place for suspension and brakes. Price was right.

Gotta love an honest mechanic. I brought my car in because of an issue I was having with my brakes shuddering. John took a look at it, determined that the problem was a minor warp on one of the brake rotors, and said it wouldn't be unsafe to drive. He told me, "We can replace this, but if it was my car, I wouldn't bother at this point." Didn't charge me a dime for his time, either. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here when I do need work done.

RUDE. Unprofessional. I walk in and wait to get help. Some employee asks if I need help with anything already giving me an attitude. I literally describe the issue that I'm having with my brakes for no more than 20 SECONDS then asks me if I had them done at this shop. I said no, I had them done elsewhere and was looking for help. He said verbatim with an attitude that I wasted "10 minutes of his time". I asked him if there was any help I can get from this shop and asked me to go somewhere else. All I remember was his last name being "Dover" on the business cards presented on the counter. If they have this level of disrespect for their customers imagine the level of disrespect they have working on your car

I went there for a brake inspection, and possibly pad and rotters change; This is the laziest, most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. I called before I go there to make sure that he is available, and went there 8:30AM. When entered the store, he saw me, but still kept chatting with his friend about the dinner party that he was in over the weekend for about 5 min before even coming to the front desk. After I gave him my information and car key, it said he has to change his shoes, before he can start the brake inspection, that took him about 20 min (while still talking to that friend, and his daughter). Then he took the car tires off in 5 min and then went inside and started to talk on the phone with someone for 15 min. and eventually gave me quote for $80 more than jiffy, $60 more than dealer. So I asked him to put the tire back and left. He did not charge me, but wasted about an hour and half of my time, for something that should have take about 10 min.Maybe he was having a bad day, but I will never go to him. Laziest person ever.Service: Brakes

Awful customer service. Called to get a quote for brake replacement and when asked if I could bring the car in today, was told to come in tomorrow and then hung up. Not the only brake shop in town. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is my GO TO shop and they never let me down. Had my Chevy in there recently for tuneup. They gave me the straight truth, performed the work in a day and didn't upsell me on work I didn't need. Had my brakes replaced a year ago and low and behold they were just fine! Thanks again John and Brian for the fantastic service!
