“They carry a lot of hard to find items from the UK, like Bangers, Black & White Pudding, Rashers, Flake Bars, Malteasers, Aero Bars, Mushy Peas ... enough to make my London-born wife feel right at home. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's located inside a big building (a former Hotel back in the early 1900s) called Villa del Sol, parking is around the back or on Wilshire Ave (Wilshire Ave may be blocked off at Harbor Blvd so you may need to turn a block early and come in from the west). They have a restaurant/bar associated with them that's pretty good, The Olde Ship, a few blocks north of them on Harbor Blvd.”

“I finally decided to stop off at this location. I ended up really liking it. The store is clean and well stocked on most items. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and crisp as fruits and vegetables should be. Lots of variety for the kids to pick up snacks. I like the variety of cheese they have here and love the charcuterie section as well. Workers and Cashiers are always friendly, and parking is never an issue at this location.”

“If you can get over that you cannot survive if the brand name is not on the product you bought, then maybe this is not the place for you. Then I realized that if you approach it as you would generic medicine, you will find it is as good , if not better tastewise, for a whole lot less. “This is the first time I’ve been to this establishment .I came here looking for a certain product that was going viral on TikTok ,it was being advertised that I can find it at the 99 Ranch And seeming I like everything Mango I decided to give it a try .It's called Mango propitious ice cream .The 99 Ranch Market structure is really big with many Asian products, it seems they have everything here you may need in asian products.As for the mango icecream, it was good but not very big, it was gone in five bites .There is plenty of parking with the handicap stalls at the front entrance. They have security.”

They have aguas frescas, a guacamole station, bakery and more. They go all out for the holidays and offer specialty meats, dried fruits, tamale husks, etc! “What a wonderful experience heading into another holiday weekend ? I don't even recall what we asked this gorgeous creature for, because I was so blown away by her welcoming, friendly spirit. Dakota turned my day into a sparkley spot of winter wonderland. Then, I believe the gentleman checking us out was the manager, Robert, said it was her FIRST DAY ? He was similarly helpful and retrieved a much higher quality item for the same price that we failed to notice This is our go to from now on!”

Like all treasure hunts, you gotta do the work, swim through the crowd with your cart and hope you get the deals!If you're lucky, which is usually the case at this store, you can get fresh produce for a great bargain! Today, they had $.99 organic spring mix (24oz), avocados at 4 for $1 on sale, some fresh longans and jackfruits. They also have good priced Halal meats, international snacks, a bakery, a wide selection of dried fruits and nuts, kitchenware, etc. So, if you don't mind the crowd, busy parking lots and scary cart handlers who stops in the middle of aisles and wander around, ruining your shopping experience, ( I say this with love ), then check this place out.”

“Aldi is a good place to start your grocery shopping with. Their prices for some items are lower than other markets. Vegetables are pretty good. You don't get most name brands, but other brand that they have are not too bad for the price. You bag your own groceries. The cashiers sit and scan your items with efficiency back into a cart for you to bag. Make sure you have a quarter to get a cart. You get your quarter back when you return the cart. This is a good idea. I don't see or find their carts in the parking lot. Aldi's also has alot of German foods as well as others. The store is well organized and clean. I go to two (2) different locations and they are similar. This store may not be for everyone, but I enjoy going here.”
