These guys are great! They are personable and friendly, and they provide honest, timely and reliable service. I got an oil change for the cheapest price in the area with a complimentary tire rotation and thorough car inspection. Will for sure be coming back here for future car concerns

I started having issues with my 2017 Dodge Journey a couple of weeks ago, I took it to 2 different shops and I still continued having the same issues, I would be driving and it would shut off. No one was able to tell me what was going on with my vehicle. A friend recommended Tire Choice Auto to me, so I decided to take it to them, I had Kayla help me out with my car and she explained everything to me and gave me peace of mind. My car is now running like new !!! I highly recommend this shop, very professional honest and reasonable. Thank you !!!

A+. Came here a couple of weeks ago asking for pricing on a tire set that I was interested in. Kayla, the manager, was super easy to work with and was able to give me a very competitive quote for the set. In addition to that, they did a phenomenal job of installing the tires and making sure the pressure across all tires was to spec. Will definitely be taking my vehicles here in the future.

brought tires on Amazon, ( they have the best deal after I made 3 calls around for prices including costco , a lot below costco with rebates, with costcos free tire rotation fee adding up , it was still a better deal) so amazon offered they have local tire services, I picked this shop because it is the nearest to where I live, I scheduled an appointment on amazon A WEEK ahead with THEIR available appointments, and assuming if you show up within your appointment time frame a week ahead , everything should be ok, I showed up, they have NO CLUE about my appointment, needed my name, address, order number etc etc , have me waited 15 mins+ searching for my appointment , located my appointment finally, ( they are NOT even busy the entire time ) literally took them 2 hours and 20 mins to finish swapping 4 new tires and balanced, notice the technician walking around chatting with other employees , put one tire on, chatting again, then disappeared for good 15 mins, then do another tire etc etc, after 2 days driving around 70 mph on freeway, steering wheel starts shaking....... so they didn't balance my tires........ called amazon and complaint, refund service charges right away........ THANK YOU Amazon !! never EVER EVER would I recommend or come back to this place , !! taking my car to my mechanic, ( should have my tires shipped to my mechanics instead, just have to drive from diamond bar to rosemead ) , atleast they will do a great job and in a timely manner ,

I recently took my car to this location after first going to the location in San Dimas. I had a squeaking noise coming from the steering wheel which I stated when I dropped the car off. They found some suspension issues and billed my warranty company. It wasn't until I picked up the car that I learned that they had not fixed the squeaking noise which is why I brought the vehicle in in the first place. The response I received was we had to start somewhere. Yes but apparently listening to the customer is not where you start at. Because I told you where the noise was coming from...inside the car not underneath of it. Then I was told well you can leave it with us to look into it ...So you had my car for an entire week and still didn't fix what my initial complaint was, so I should leave it for what another week? Because I can be without my only method of transportation for 2 weeks, no biggie. This is the first time I've ever picked my car up from a shop and not had what my complaint was addressed, not saying that there can't be other issues found but when I take a car to a mechanic with a problem, I expect the problem to be fixed. I do not recommend this place.

Kayla is a very nice person, she handled things quick & responsible. I called in to check on the price, she gave me quote & total which very satisfied me.I am definitely recommended this location! The service is great & time is well handle.

Other places gave me the run around and/or tried to sell me tires without good reasons but you guys were professional and really took care of my issue without any hassle. Thank you again

Got a flat tire earlier today. After Googled online I found this store closer to where I was and decided to give a try. Upon arrival, the lady greeted me was courteous and the customer waiting area was super clean, probably the most tidy auto shop I have visited. The repair was also done rather quickly. The whole experience with this store felt very professional and efficient. Definitely will visit again in the future.

ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED BILL BEFORE PAYING ANYTHING. BRYAN THE ASSISTANT MANAGER SCAMMED ME.A little over a month ago, I walked into this place because I found a nail in my tire. I called ahead to confirm they would be able to service my car and they confirmed. I have always been able to get my car serviced on my own pretty confidently.When I walked in Bryan, the assistant manager walked me out to my car to “inspect” the nail. He briefly looked at the tire and said “no, nope we can’t fix that.” He brushed off the idea of patching, which okay, to his point was dangerously close to the not so safe zone.We walked back inside to review options for the repair, which would end up meaning a new tire. I was expecting to just walk out with one new tire since it was only one tire that was damaged. Bryan refused to sell me just one tire. He said he saw my tires were 7 years old and since the DMV does not recommend tires be on the road longer than 3 years, he would need to replace all my tires. I tried to insist I only needed one but he was adamant about needing to sell me four. I relented and asked for a quote for 2 tires, he quoted me $500. He then quoted me for the 4 tires, coming to a ridiculous $850!I was really anxious because I was not financially ready to cough up that much money. I saw an ad on the screen behind him that read they finance purchases over $250 so I asked if that would be an option. He got weirdly excited about this and quickly began helping me apply for the credit card. He made a lot of errors, misspelling my name, incorrectly typing in my SSN, etc. so many mistakes that the bank did not immediately approve me, which was weird to me cause I have great credit. I spoke to a representative who helped me fix all the errors Bryan had made to my original application, and I was approved. Great! The representative gave me my limit but I wanted to make sure to keep that to myself I’m the event Bryan wanted to continue to upsell me more services beyond what I went in for. Bryan hurriedly asked for the phone so he can Talk to the representative. First question he asked “what’s her limit.” I saw him write down what I just wrote and I knew that was trouble.He hung up after a while and then was quickly typing on his computer. That’s when I picked up a call from my partner. I was telling my partner that I was approved for the CC and was going to get my tires. At this point Bryan said something along the lines of “okay so for the four new tires and alignment ..” to which I stopped him and said I only wanted two. He got very snappy with me and kept saying he wouldn’t be able to sell me just two tires if I was getting them financed. I told him the sign behind him said a $250 minimum purchase so I would qualify with just two tires. As he turned around, the screen changed to a new ad for some tires they sell. Bryan was just staring at the screens, trying to find what I was talking about. He then pointed to a poster and said “oh but it says there that select tires only, you are getting the cheapest tires so they wouldn’t qualify. You need a minimum purchase of $600 so you need to get all four.” I was shocked by his attitude and his refusal to sell me just two, let alone one. My partner on the line was listening to all of this and decided to meet me at the shop. I relented and agreed to four new tires since Bryan was not budging.I was ultimately bullied into buying four new tires I did not want. When I picked up my car and received the receipt of service, I noticed Bryan had added on services I never agreed to: nitrogen air for all tires and some type of insurance (that I received no information on so I believe is a scam).I was bummed to find out the tires themselves would’ve cost $500 .. I wonder how much I would’ve saved had I stood my ground and not gotten bullied.Anyway, don’t let Bryan walk all over you, he is a rude and pushy man.

I had a flat tire on my way to a family picnic and all I wanted was the tire taken off and the spare put on. I was told by a heavy set white woman that it would be a 4 HOUR wait!!!! WTH?? So I called AAA, and the driver came and changed it in less than 5 minutes! If you are a person of color, do not expect ANY level of respect, customer service or professionalism!!!

Fast, efficient, friendly... Mr. Reyes and Robert Hicks had no problem taking in my car for a quick fix and did it in less than 15 minutes, best walk in experience I have ever recieved.

I had the BEST experience here! A little while back, my car starting overheating and shutting down on me while on the freeway. Kayla and her team ran tests on my car and did everything they could to figure out what was wrong. It turns out the fan to cool the engine stopped working. They made sure to get it fixed and safe for me to drive. As someone who was very anxious about my car breaking down on me, Kayla always kept a positive attitude and made sure I felt comfortable and informed during the entire process. Thank you so much Kayla and team!! You made my experience wonderful!
