All the staffs in the UPS Store which lies at 1142 S Diamond Bar Blvd are very friendly, nice, kind, helpful and respectful. The beautiful young girl who can speak Chinese is especially kind, nice, friendly, helpful, warm-hearted. I’d love to praise them highly.

I had a fantastic experience at this UPS store! I came in after work to do my Live Scan, and since it was my first time, I had no idea what I was doing — it took me quite a while to fill everything out properly.
Debbie, whose name I saw on her badge, was incredibly professional, polite, and truly one of the nicest people I’ve met in customer service. Even though it was already 6:30 (past closing time), she patiently guided me step by step all the way until the process was complete. I was genuinely impressed by her kindness and dedication.
Her coworker, a dark-haired gentleman named Nick (if I caught the name correctly), was also very friendly and helpful. You can tell this team really cares about their customers.
This UPS store offers exceptional service, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you again, Debbie and Nick!！

Came in to get a out of state fingerprint card for licensing endorsement, and Anna provided such a great service! She had a positive and welcoming atmosphere and her team had such fluidity in teamwork and collaboration. Fingerprint cards are super outdated, but she was able to complete my services quickly and efficiently. :)

Everyone is very conscience to give customer service recognition. They all take time to take care of you and not rushing the situation that makes you feel that you are not important. No matter how busy they are, they make all efforts to attend to you as quickly as possible. I am never disappointed and very happy the 4 years of using their services.
