Service sucks give staff members n only two clients on teller line waiting to be serviced. Two bankers on teller line they walked away n ignore us. I asked if they can serve us n they just walk away!!! They were talking snout meeting their sales goals n if the people waiting not open accounts then we should wait!!! Wow I thought there was no sales goals seems we at the teller line did not matter . I left branch for another will not frequent this branch!!! Service n management need to talk about service not sales goals in fro t of clients !!! I know nothing will be done to rectify this lack of service it's new banking n it seems this branch is going it

The Diamond Bar branch is outstanding - especially considering the migration/transition from Union Bank in March 2023. Rick Ngo, the branch manager, is so helpful and knowledgeable about the online interface and setting up HELOC and mortgage account alerts. Cindi Tong was especially helpful in processing my Plat+ VISA application. Please commend and thank the branch workers for their outstanding in-person assistance.

Branch closes at 5:00 pm on Fridays. It's hard to get service at times as no full teller staff and usually directed to new accounts for anything.

I have been a long time US Bank customer & I have never had an issue with this bank. Today., I visited this one because I was in the area. I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to the gentleman and woman representatives that helped me around lunch time. Both were patient with me and answered all my questions regarding a personal loan.

BTW, from the previous comment, funny thing is I had a US Bank Business account with them and my company is 5 mins away from the Diamond Bar branch and 2 employees (2 Asian male) don't even bother to verify. Quick rejected my application

Spent 1.5 hours at the branch to try to get my business checking account established and nothing was completed. They blamed technical issues. I felt like I walked in a bank in the 1970s. What a total waste of time/money!

I was really upset by the way my original loan was handled but the branch manager Rick and the loan processor Cindie really came through for me, they reviewed all my documents and resubmitted everything, they both worked diligently and updated me daily. I was approved for my loan and signed documents they even offered me a % off my interest rate for opening a checking account. US Bank made it happen. I'm grateful.

Still have not had an update on my issue. Was called by us bank social media department, but that called ended up going nowhere. I have filed a casework form from my local representative to hopefully make this better. But in no way is this issue fixed or being fixed. My account is now closed and I am unable to view it. This is a great way to treat people who really do not have money or have really struggled with disabilities. Thanks US Bank branch! Update: Ryan from the Social media team in fact, did NOT help at all. I have signed on my local and state assembly members, their states attorney general, just filled a police report Saturday july 10, for us bank filing false reports to the police. I turned over all phone recordings as well. Do not allow big companies like this to push you around. I am setting up bogusbank com to allow you to send in pictures, videos, and recordings on US bank and others to really show the public how they treat us.

Ineffiecent workers milking the clock. The bank was not even busy but they took their sweet time to run the clock. Tone of voice was nasty when they yell to the forming line "BE RiGHT WITH YOU!" This is one of the worst branches ever! Never fails to disappoint at this specific location. They'll card you to make a small deposit in your own account. Couldn't even open the door for a disabled person that was stuck at the front door. They can't multitask if their life depended on it. Do the company a favor and get an entirety new team for this branch they lack professionalism, management skills/time management skills, respect, and productivity, how do you let these kind of people manger our money?

Just want to say how I appreciated the professionalism I received from Dwight R, US Bank Mortgage Officer. Even though I didn't use US Bank for my mortgage, I was truly saddened to have to make call to Dwight to let him know. Dwight was there for me from the beginning, even taking the time to talk at dinner while with his family on his daughters birthday! Even being willing to talk today knowing that most likely he was going to lose a sale after giving him heads up last friday that I will be going with a different lender. Being a veteran I chose to go with a VA loan with an interest rate that US Bank couldn't beat. I really felt Dwight went over and above. I wish it could have worked out. Wow! I almost forgot...he even left himself open for me to call him if I had any questions and didn't want to call my new loan officer. Who does that these days? Thinking of others above himself! I wish there was something that could be done for Dwight. Please give him the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Philip H.

DO NOT DO HOME LOANS HERE!!!!!!! They flat out LIE to get your business & have no care whatsoever for clients needs! They make appointments, and do not show up. Yes, we arrived, prepared with all our documents, for appt scheduled on Tues, in May, and were told loan officer wasn't even expected in at all. We had, previously, refinanced with US bank, at this location. Needless to say they have entire history of our property, and literally emphasized to us that, as a repeat client, escrow would be half the time, therefore, ensuring a fluid and expedited process. They are absolute LIARS!!! Today is July 17, no final escrow docs and loan officer has NO communication (actually, has been avoiding all methods of contact, no response to email, phone messages). Not to mention when he bothers to return call he has NO CLUE what is happening with loan or delay. To add further insult, I asked for my file to be reassigned, and was told that it wasn't possible, followed by email that now it would take 40 days. Again, they will say anything to get you to sign, then never follow through, They worry about self and their pocket, without any regard for the actual clients that provide them business.

Worst bank ever! The employees are a reflection of the management. ATM machine often out of order or out of money. When we report it, the employees deny it. Once I told a female employee your machine is not working, and she tells me no the machine is fine. Thank God it was not a week end, and I was not in hurry, so i stayed until she finished what she was doing and to her embarrassment it was not working she just shrugged . Lately the macine didnt give me money,but the amount was deducted when we complained, they said it will take 45 days to resolve the issue. Imagine your hard earned money confiscated by the bank has an outdated machine. Again we complained to the manager Eric Ngo he denied any problems with the machine. These people need to know they have a job because of our money deposited in their bank, and should act accordingly. Yes you need attitude adjustment. Not being customer oriented makes people go somewhere else.

I am a long time US Bank customer and I highly recommend you never come to this location. Incompetent tellers and to top it off terrible customer service from the manager. They literally have me sitting outside in the cold (because they closed 5 minutes ago) resolving a huge error they made on my account when I was here earlier (prior to close)

Only 1 teller and a manager working on a Saturday. 12 people in line while customers are taking 30 mins with the teller. Horrible service.
