Why don't the employees just quit! They all act like they'd rather be somewhere else. I guess they hate there job. And why can't we get mail delivered the same time everyday. I'm from La Cresenta and you can set your watch to the mail delivery there.

They misdelivered and lost an important package. Probably got taken. Not the first time they’ve misdelivered my package (good thing neighbor returned it to me that time). But this time, I still don’t have my package now. And customer service was no help. Thanks, USPS!

I had a package delivered today, after missing the package yesterday. I had it rescheduled for today and when I opened it the item was missing and the original USPS packaging was cut open and stuffed with old newspaper. There was also a smaller Amazon box inside the original box. The box also looked tampered with, it had a lot of extra tape. I went to this office and I was told that they couldn't do anything about it. That I have to contact the original seller and try to get a refund after they submit an insurance claim.

The female staff who was about to close the store had a very bad attitude. I used the self-service kiosk to scan the pre-upload label, and she kept asking where my package was. I said my package would be packed later, and she told me in a very rude manner that there was no more! I really wanted to ask her if there was any relevant system that she could show me! It made me feel very bad!

There were teenagers in the parking lot recording all of the cars driving into and out of the parking lot with their cell phones and recording everyone entering and exiting the post office and even more teenagers inside recording people in line at the counter. There were no signs anywhere warning people that video recording was going on. The teenagers all wore hooded jackets and face masks.

I didn’t like the employees attitude and the faces he made while I was asking questions about postage. I couldn’t get a straight answer from him and felt discouraged to try and get an understanding from him. After he scanned my prepaid packages I said thank you and he said nothing back. The least he can do as a hired customer service employee is reply with a you’re welcome. Honestly, I don’t know if I’ll be back to this location. Do better

I drop out my package on the desk at the diamond bar location along with other packages base on staff's indication, but tracking shows only this one never been received. Manager told me that all packages has been delievered to local distribution center in city of industry, nothing he can do.

THE STAFF KEEP STEALING ALL MY PACKAGES, DONT COME HERE!!! I had all my wedding stationery and custom made gifts for my bridal party delivered on 3 separate days this past week, tracking says it was delivered inside my apartment mailbox locker that only myself and our mailman have a key to. On 1/31, 2/1, and 2/3 they were all said to delivered inside my locked mailbox but when I checked each time my mailbox was empty. After a whole WEEK, not a single thing in my mailbox not even an advertisement (which I receive a lot of almost every day).. when I tried asking the staff about it they shrugged and said it probably got stolen. there's NO WAY my package could've been stolen from my LOCKED apartment mailbox literally right after I get a delivery notification when the only other person who has a key to my mailbox is the usps staff and they are the ones who just marked it as delivered. Not only that but when I do receive packages they are already torn open. When I came to complain I saw another man complaining how his package that got delivered to his house was ripped open and empty. They just scanned the empty packaging as delivered and left it at their doorstep. The fact that the staff didn't seem surprised or even cared and said "this happens all the time" is very suspicious. after reading all the other reviews here , I can see this post office has a serious theft problem. Very disappointing that they really stoleall my wedding stuff that they can't even use LOL
