“The staff are very professional and make you feel welcome when you are renting a unit at this facility and they definitely let you know what's the best deal for the space you need. The driveways between units are kept very clean and the restroom on site is always the cleanest I've ever seen. Jennifer the office gal who has been there the longest has always done a fantastic job at addressing any problems or concerns I've had and her customer service skills exceed the expectations I have from people these days. “Amazing experience moving from Cool CA to Paso Robles CA. Their price was affordable, they didn’t change pricing on us (I’ve heard horror stories about that happening) - they picked up our stuff, made sure they wrapped all items, stored it for a couple weeks and then delivered and unloaded (and put beds back together) right on schedule. Can’t speak highly enough about this company. 10/10 would recommend”
