“Even though it took 20 minutes to send a fax . They never gave up they fixed the fax machine were hella polite the whole time even gave me a bottle of water while I waited. They also home cool little nick nacks inside. Was and seemed like a easy place to get in and out of.”
“This UPS store is absolutely amazing. Every employee is and so helpful, so kind and there are always enough or more employees ready to help. It’s really hard to find good Customer support and a lot of it in most businesses these days. I run a lot of errands and this is by far my favorite place to need to go. I have just recently gone through an excruciatingly difficult time and more than once they went out of their way to help me with my situation. They sincerely were compassionate and like always they went above and beyond the call of duty. They really care about their customers. I can easily say they are the hardest working and most kind group of employees I’ve ever seen.”

“My wife and I have utilized the Diamond Springs Post Office for nearly 20 years and have received excellent serve during all that time. The staff at USPS Diamond Springs has always been friendly and helpful. We are grateful for their fine service.I am dismayed to read the negative reviews here. It seems that some of them have been written as reviews of the USPS in general, not this specific post office. Also, regarding the allegation of Diamond Springs Postmaster being a thief, that is both preposterous and completely uncalled for.
