“I am sadly disappointed and probably will never use this place ever again. I needed help to put a very old (12 or 13 year) chicken down. Instead of empathy or compassion for the bird or my self, I was told they are full . Telling me you are to busy to give 5 minutes at the end of your day spoke to me. You are not good and you don't care about the animal”
