Ever since bank of the west switch to BMO nothing but problem not only for myself but for my parents as well who is very old and is not tech savvy. I get they're protecting your account but why is it so hard to get a hold of someone. I called the branch before closing time and no answer. This is by far the worst bank ever since they switch.

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star wish there was a no star option. Felt like no help and will never be banking again with this bank.also Glad they closed my account without notifying me. Worst bank Branch I’ve been to.

They only have teller at this time in a Friday . Five elderly people waiting outside . When teller opened the door he was rude to the customer.

I have attempted to close my checking account twice and both times I have been charged service fees. Now (thinking my account was closed) I just received a letter from a debt collector attempting to collect $155 that Bank of the West sold them. All $155 are service fees that happened AFTER I closed my account!!

EXCELENT SERVICE!! By Juan V. opening our account was extremely professional, very informative and attentive to all of our questions and needs. Although the process is long for a business account, he made sure it went by fast by giving us details on very important points that can really benefit our business. It was a very pleasant experience!

Not worth the time. Slow service! Take an hour to open a bank account. Can't even close my account because I'll be their all day waiting for one banker they really need to get more people and get faster at their job

Literally the worst, I've only been with this bank two months and I already have a bunch of complaints. If you have direct deposit, or you deposit your check online, They will literally hold your check from you because you are "new" to their bank. People have bills to pay and can't wait two weeks to have access to their money that they we're supposed to get that same day!
