Told me they would have a compact vehicle ready for me at one location for a certain amount, just to be told on my way there that they didn’t have the car available after all. Then I got told that they had another vehicle available for the same price at another location and I drove all the way there just to be told again that the vehicle wasn’t available after all. Not only did I waste gas to drive to both these locations the vehicle they wanted to put me in was a huge price difference. Very disappointing and obviously dissatisfied.

Made reservation a week in advance. Arrived at scheduled time. No vehicle ready. Rep tried to give me a dirty vehicle which was being dropped off as I was at the counter. This is the second time this location has done this. Never again booking here or with Enterprise as a whole. My business and money will go elsewhere.

Allowed us to upgrade from reservation on day of picking up the rental, as well as extend our contract the day we were to bring it back. So, accommodating to our needs. Vehicle was nice and roomy and clean and a pleasant experience that causes me now to want to buy the vehicle. Totally enjoyed the moment during our mini vacation to the central coastline that we wouldn't have been able to take if not otherwise helped by Enterprise. Thanks for making it possible.

Very disappointing visit, employee (Luzero)was very rude. They need to work more on how to talk to people. Customer service from this place sucks, they expect us to know what to bring to take out the rental. Gave us excuses on why she couldn't wait for us to resolve the issue. Was worried about leaving and closing the office, knowing we needed the rental and knowing we had a reservation. I hope they train them better because they really need it. Don't recommend this place.

We rented a Chevy Equinox to check out Sequoia National Park and Yosemite. I'm a car guy so I pick up on things... the car was a 2022 model and in great condition, as expexted I guess. One thing I noticed was that the tire pressures were quite low....27 PSI where the spec is 35 so I raised them. No biggie Appeared to have just had an oil change at 8k miles, tires had 90% tread. Interior was clean enough, but I did find quite a bit of pet hair inside. The cars AWD handled the heavy winter snow (it dumped a couple feet of snow) surprisingly with ease. I even bought chains and didn't end up using them. The OEM all season Bridgestone Alenza tires are excellent in the snow, I was seriously impressed. I highly recommend this vehicle if you're going up to the national parks in winter.Service was excellent. Easy to work with and very accommodating. Were able to get me into the SUV at a reasonable price. On the liberal side with fuel level. Overall, just very chill. I don't think it's a super busy location so maybe that contributed but I didn't really wait at all. Also, it was a nice gesture that the manager reached out via text just to make sure I was having a good experience or if I had any questions. I responded and it was a real reply, a real human.Overall, this location seriously great! Some of the other negative reviews are silly; so take those with a grain of salt. It's excellent for renting a car to go see the parks! When we come back, will definitely stop here again!If management read this, i would recommend checking tire pressures and maybe stronger cleaning inside perhaps? Nearly 10 PSI too low could potentially be dangerous for someone with a fully loaded up car and I know most people don't think about these things.Will be returning the car this morning. So will see how that goes and update if anything negative happens.

Don’t count on them if you have emergency they will make a reservation for you then before the pick up time in one hour they will call you and tell you that they don’t have a car

This place sucks why do I need show proof of where I live?? I'm renting a car and because of that I couldn't rent a car cause the utility bill was not in my name. And they did not mention that to me when I reserved the car. this place sucks.
